Personally, I don't think Teen Titans Go is that bad of a show. Uncle grandpa is also pretty great too

ive never watched the original teen titans but I used to binge watch teen titans go when I was younger. I watched a few eps when I went to Portugal and I still really enjoyed it

I enjoyed it a lot as a kid too, I still remember watching the first few episodes when they were first released in the mid 2010s :333

I highly reccommend the 2003 series , it's really good 🥹🥹🥹

As for Uncle Grandpa, I haven't watched it in almost a decade but its in my watchlist somewhere :P I remember enjoying some of the episode at one point though

cool blog idea! I found this blog thru the Supernoobs tag. Do you think there's a specific reason why some of these cartoons are so unpopular? (besides sometimes airing at a bad time/era)

Supernoobs for example is goofy and silly, it's got the same feel as many other canadian cartoons (which mb ppl don't like), but I always found it's strong friendship themes really heartwarming to see and imo so have others. The characters are also just fun to see struggle and mess up but also get out of situations. So I'm always baffled when there's ppl think it's bad bc I think it actually has had at least a 100 active fans bc of these appealing parts haha xD

I've been hyperfixated on plenty of hated cartoons over the years, and I've found that these are the most common reasons why they're hated:

.Cartoon critics discovering the show before the fans do/not long after the fans and immediately jumping to making a video harshly criticizing the show

.Having an artstyle that is considered "ugly" , bad cgi

.People complaining that the plot is weak because it doesn't have a million things going on at once like the more popular cartoons do, not to mention said people forgetting that it's a kids show and not every kids show needs an extremely detailed plotline with a shit ton of lore.

.No given reason, people just don't like it+ find it annoying

.The show's jokes being seen as unfunny or weird by most people

.Strange characters

As for Supernoobs, I'm not very sure on why people don't like it much. I used to watch it on repeat when it came out, and it seemed like an ordinary cartoon to me. Still does :PPP

Do you think an "older" cartoon like Juniper Lee is still a hated one? I remember when it came out it got both pos and neg reviews but at the same time, I also remember the disproportionste hate I saw online for it as a kid and it always was so weird (like I guess mostly bc she was chinese, it had disney and WB artist and ppl couldn't handle more than 1 asian-led cartoon on air with Jake Long on Disney) - maybe except for those 5 adults on yahoo who liked it ans abandoned their fanclub. But nowadays I see more nostalgia for it from younger viewers. Which is interesting to see. Is it still hated it if ppl don't post about it much online?

If it's not posted about much, it usually just means it's underrated :P

As for the hate it gets, I've looked into it and it thankfully doesn't seem to be hated these days, though apparently Juniper Lee was supposed to cameo in Jellystone but the writers for some reason refused to put her in.

It's just an average 2010s show really, a lot of the criticism came from cartoon critics discovering it before a lot of the fans did iirc

I feel like this would be a very useful resource to help revive the fandoms of hated cartoons , ESPECIALLY the ones with little to no activity.

not a thought but a question, why were the problem solverz pretty much unemployed in season 2? I wonder why they took that direction with the show

Not sure tbh, it was never explained

I assume that Ben Jones wanted to change the plot almost completely but couldn't change the name for whatever reason , so that's probably why this second season is the way it is

Even then though it's a bit confusing that they're never shown doing some sort of job considering that it was initially their schtick

But hey, we still got iconic moments so I'm not complaining
