Excerpt: His hand bypassed your shoulder to cup your cheek with the pad of his thumb caressing your lips with practiced ease. Regardless of the seamless acting, the intimacy of it all had your heart picking up speed in your chest. Not to mention the distance he was closing allowed you to smell the cinnamon spice body sprayed he’d been spritzed in before cameras rolled.

It was a great distraction until you noticed Bakugo got out of his seat to come up behind you. One of his hands actually did rest on your shoulders before his lips met the skin between your neck and collarbone.

“And when was the last time that company made you feel good? As good as me and my boy could?”

There was that arrogant tone again. Except this time it was making butterflies do laps in your stomach. Your breath hitched in your throat. Pants coming out quicker and uneven at the attention being lavished on your body as you felt your nipples pebble.

I am doing great, actually. tired from work and school, but in a good way. I'm not struggling nearly as much as I thought I would going back for my masters 🤣 went to a few summer shows and have been addicted to playing Balders gate 3 since it came out.

But my pink garden didn't happen this year, sadly. I started a regular garden, though! We grew a ton of strawberries, carrots, potatoes, etc. And English lavender (I've been giving lavender away to my coworkers for weeks, lol)

But enough about me! I hope you have been doing well! I miss interacting with everyone. I my hope I'd once life calms down a bit I will be back to posting regularly. I just don't have the time like I did before to dedicate to writing 😭

Where are my besties writing the 300k angst filled slow burns?! I want pining, I want emotionally reserved and fucked up men to fall helplessly in love! I want them being dragged through the depths of hell, and crawl into their crushes arms. Only to accidentally admit their love for them while getting their wounds tended to.

I want the gentle touches that last too long. I want to feel how their eyes follow their crush wherever they go. Give me the fluff and feelings that had to be pried out of their large scarred hands! I wanna see them driven mad by their obsession, as it tears them apart.

I need a confession of love to be the biggest threat they ever had to face. To break them down and be vulnerable and scared of a feeling. Because war crimes and murder can't compare to placing your heart in the care of someone else.
