Yesterday I received my backer copy of Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City board game! I don’t actually remember when I initially backed it, but I’ve been vibrating with anticipation ever since

I’ve only played the base game thus far, and I lost our tutorial run. I hired Jackie as an Edgerunner, decided to have him try to start a takeover of Heywood for me, and he was promptly killed by my bestie (after I assured her it wouldn’t make me mad), and then went on to surpass me in street cred to win the game. I controlled the VDBs (purple) and she the Valentinos (yellow) and it was so much fun and decently easy to get the hang of. I’m excited to try the other expansions once we get a few more easy games under our belts
