Hello! I’m Myfanwi, 29 years old and adoptive parent of two chinchillas, Thor and Mjöllnir. I have ADHD and I'm currently struggling to have my autism diagnosis.
I’m a French writer (she/they, I don’t care), so my English might be weird sometimes, but I’ll do my best. I’m currently looking for a job in France, and failing it a lot.
I started this blog on February 3rd 2021, and we're still here and active. I'm taking Undertale (canon and AU) headcanon requests from people and answering them with my characters.

1 - You can ask whatever you want, except heavy sexual things. If I'm not comfortable with an ask, I will say it. You can send as many asks as you want. The askbox is always open, I don't close it.
2 - I’m ok with angst and touchy subjects. I’m also very very LGBT+ friendly (I’m aroace and enby btw).
3 - I don’t do match-ups except during some rare events. I don't do RP interactions (= answering people asking things to the characters directly), only headcanons (= writing things ABOUT the characters).
4 - Please, select a maximum of 12 characters per ask. The character list is right under this section. By default, if not mentioned, I’ll go with the main skeletons: Undertale, Underfell, Underswap, Horrortale, Swapfell & Fellswap Gold Sans & Papyrus.
5 - You can ask for interactions between several of my characters too, even if they are from different alternative universes. For convenience, they are magically all living in the same world. You can have more info right here.

Skeleton is having fun in a park with his family and friends when a random guy decides it would be funny to just put a hand on his pelvis. Main 12 reactions?
Undertale Sans - Sans freezes for a bit, then simply stares at them with eye sockets pitch black and a creepy smile. The guy gulps and decides to leave him alone. That's what he thought. They are all cowards. He's a bit tense for the rest of the day though, staring intensely when a human is coming too close. His social battery of the day ran out.
Undertale Papyrus - Well, he is glad you think he is attractive. On the other hand, this was rude, and you should be careful, as not everyone reacts with a smile to these types of interactions. The man is not satisfied with his reaction and so decides to do the same to Undyne, which was Papyru's plan all along. Well. Let's say Undyne will make sure he doesn't do it again :D
Underswap Sans - He smiles widely and recites what the guy risks for assault. He then turns around and tells him that he is a police officer by the way. The man turns really pale and slowly retracts. Yes, that's what he thought.
Underswap Papyrus - Honey freezes. He hates this. He hates when humans just think they can touch them or consider them as things they can treat as they want, just because they're different. Honey shortcuts a few meters ahead, close to his Asgore, slightly panicked. The man smiles at him when they cross roads a little later, but, uh, too bad Blue realized something was wrong with his brother. The man laughs a lot less when Blue snitches on him to his colleagues working in the park, and he watches with an equally big smile as they go to talk to him.
Underfell Sans - Welp. You asked for it. He turns around and bites his hand hard. Red growls to warn him that if he wants a second round, he can still play, but, well, that bite probably broke one or two bones, and the man had had enough already. Humans are all cowards. Once they're hurt, there's not a once of bravery in their eyes anymore. He hopes he has learned his lesson.
Underfell Papyrus - He slaps the hand away instinctively, then turns around. When he understands what that guy tries to do, he immediately growls and asks him if he has a problem or something, looking down at him with a threatening face. The man apologizes with a little voice and runs for his life. Edge is mad and doesn't feel safe anymore letting any human behind him.
Horrortale Sans - Oak saw him coming and scooted away to prevent the guy from touching him, but he apparently didn't get the message as he still came to look for trouble, poking his bones without his consent. Oak fake-lunges at him, growling, making him fall on his butt, then he quickly leaves, uncomfortable. Why are people so weird?
Horrortale Papyrus - He wasn't careful and yelped as the man grabbed his spine, which is extremely painful. Willow turns around to scream at him, which causes everyone to look at him, which he equally hates. Chief (Horrorfell Papyrus) eventually intervenes by nicely asking them to leave (just kidding, he insulted the guy and then chased him away on his wheelchair, growling like an angry bear).
Swapfell Sans - Nox gives him a dirty look but ignores him two times. When the guy still doesn't get the message and comes once again, Nox smiles at him hypocritically and then stabs his hand with a bone. Some people have to learn the hard way sometimes...
Swapfell Papyrus - Ah, this is so funny, isn't it? Rus applauds as all of his friends laugh, then Rus shorcuts the guy's pants on top of a tree. Have fun climbing it in front of everyone to have them back. No one is laughing anymore, though. Clearly, they have a poor sense of humor :D
Fellswap Gold Sans - Wine was fine with them watching his butt, after all, he has a very beautiful butt. The limit was touching it, and they apparently didn't get it. Well, too bad. Before he can grab his pelvis, Wine turns around and sends his high heel straight between the legs. Ah, humans are so predictable...
Fellswap Gold Papyrus - Coffee asks them to stop once, twice, then Wine grabs the guy's arm, kicks his knees, and watches him coldly explode his face on the concrete. His brother said no, read the room already.
It's their wedding anniversary, and S/O's been excited for skeleton to take them out for weeks. Skeleton promised and everything. However, when the day finally comes, skeleton suddenly comes down with a serious illness that leaves them bedridden for a few days, unable to do anything for it. S/O tries to be understanding and cares for the skeleton in the meantime, but they're really upset and irrationally angry that the skeleton fell ill on their wedding anniversary of all days. They know their feelings are somewhat irrational, so they try not to let them affect the skeleton, but they can't help being mad and upset and sort of blame the skeleton in a way for getting sick. Though when the skeleton gets better, they don't expect an apology of any kind and instead apologise to them for being upset while they were ill, feeling genuinely really guilty for blaming them. How would the skeleton react?
Undertale Sans - Sans is a little frustrated and you getting angry just makes him feel even more guilty. Sans does not do good with lack of communication, and he's stressed alll the time he is sick, worried you're going to get mad at him again, when, for once, he genuinely can't do anything about it. He will be distant for a few days after that, but you're lucky he's quick to forgive.
Undertale Papyrus - He doesn't take it for himself, he can understand why you are so frustrated, and he is too. Papyrus hates to be sick in the first place, and will do everything he can to hide it, so if it's that visible, it means it's serious. He's a little mad as well because he loves to plan things weeks early, and having to throw all of his plans in the trash is another thing he absolutely hates, and it's even stressing him out a little. He will catch up on everything the second he can stand up without his legs shaking like a coconut, though!
Underswap Sans - That will create tension. Blue is already hard to deal with when he is sick, as he does not do good with having to stay in bed, so if adding to that, you blame him for this, he will get upset and argue back. Worse, Blue might actually ask you to leave him alone if taking care of him is such a burden, as he hates being babysat, and he can see you're angry. That will probably lead to a real argument, but be careful, as Blue is very stubborn and has strong resentment.
Underswap Papyrus - Congratulations, you made him so anxious he turns even more sick. Honey has a shit immune system, but he also hates conflicts and has a lot of anxiety. He can tell you're mad at him, and he doesn't understand why, which causes him to stress every time you come into the room. He actually can't relax in these conditions and it will make his state worse. Blue will get mad at you and call you out if he realizes it's because you're mad at his brother when he can't do anything against the sickness.
Underfell Sans - You're lucky he can't read the room. Red can tell there's something weird with you, but he has absolutely no idea what :D It never brushes his mind, even a little, that it might be because you had to cancel what you planned for your wedding anniversary. That's lucky, because Red doesn't do too well with conflict and tends to make them worse. He's confused when you apologize to him, because, uh, he wasn't mad? But ok, he guesses.
Underfell Papyrus - He doesn't like the way you look at him, and he will let you know with a small, low growl every time you stare at him for too long. He hates that he doesn't even know what's wrong, and he will eventually call you out because it's pissing him off. He can understand you getting frustrated because he missed their wedding anniversary, but it's not like he can help it anyway, so deal with it. He appreciates the apology once he feels better, and will find a way to make amends for not being there anyway.
Horrortale Sans - He gives you the sad puppy eyes the entire time he's sick. He can tell you're tense and mad at him, and he absolutely hates it. Besides, Oak often falls sick; his immune system got messed up in the Underground, so he can't really help it. After a while, though, he starts to stress out a bit, which will cause Willow to intervene and bring you back to reason by explaining to you once again that it's not Oak's fault he is like this and that you knew it would happen when you chose him. You calm down after that, as when Oak is stressed, he can injure himself and it's not helping.
Horrortale Papyrus - Willow doesn't mind you being frustrated. He is too. But it's not like he can predict when his back will start hurting again, so he takes it philosophically. He's used to not being able to do all he wants when he wants it. He appreciates the apology, even if he's not that mad. He might even tease you a little as revenge.
It was a lot of fun! Met a ton of new people, walked a lot, got very, very wet because it was raining a lot...
It was also a great reminder that all of those people spreading hate online in LGBT+ spaces or under news articles in social media are all big cowards :D
Not even one of them came to confront us or even talk to us during the March, despite us seeing them very clearly and their little disgusted expression.

S/o who had abusive parents as a kid who’s just… happy they can be a normal person as an adult. They love kid things and are reliving their childhood dreams of being able to be an adult but also to do things like watch movies while eating popcorn and candies with friends on a Saturday night, run around outside getting covered in dirt, dress how they dreamed they’d be able to. All that jazz
Undertale Sans - You and him both, buddy. A reason why Sans is so silly is also because his childhood was not that peaceful, between Gaster abusing him and his brother, and then he had to raise his brother and become an adult way too early, and then the resets :D. He's only starting to live a little now that he is on the Surface, and having someone who actually understands that and is willing to pull him out of his shell is exactly what he needs. Sometimes, he has to accept that he can't be responsible for the misery of the entire world, and that there's nothing he can do about it. One of Sans' main problems is that, unlike a lot of people think, he cares way too much about everyone. He sometimes stress for random people he doesn't even know just because they look too sad. He desperately needs a little silliness in his life, and you're going to shock Papyrus that day you come home with him covered in mud because you randomly decided you will try rolling down a hill lol.
Undertale Papyrus - Well, if you're happy, he's happy! His S/O is his entire world, and even if you don't talk much about it, he guessed your childhood was not the best already. Papyrus just wants to make you happy, and he has a ton of ideas for this! He's determined to make you catch up on all the cool things both you and he were supposed to do as kids, and who cares if people are judging! If he wants to ride the carousel for the 20th time today, who will stop him? He has money, be jealous!
Underswap Sans - Well, he's a bit of the contrary, as Blue is completely rejecting kid stuff as an adult now. He's probably not the best match. Blue is sort of traumatized by his childhood, mainly because he had to grow up fast for Honey, while still being treated like a child because he has a cute face and people tend to abuse that, which he hates. He was not the best big brother either, and he hates to think of the responsibility he has in both his brother's depression and how anxious he is today. But he has a big responsibility in it. Now that he is finally treated like an adult and people stop sweet-talking to him like he's some sort of naive kid that needs to be protected at all costs, he doesn't want to go back. That type of relationship might trigger him a little, and that would lead to tensions and conflicts.
Underswap Papyrus - That's the type of life he is living as well. Honey wasn't happy growing up, mainly because Blue was so busy he rarely gave him any attention, sometimes even forgetting he existed. Social services actually threatened Blue several times from taking him away if he didn't do better, and Blue actually tried to be better, but that never lasted really long. Honey grew up being very unstable emotionally and struggled a lot to find where he even belongs in that world, which only grew worse with resets. When he reached the Surface, he completely panicked as he had never learned how to find a job or how to actually fit into society. He's still not sure how, but now that he has you, he feels a little comforted. Honey is a big goofball; he loves having fun and spending time with his S/O, as those moments make him forget his life is a huge mess at the moment. It's also bitterly reminds him of the life that was stolen from him after his parents died, but oh well :D Things happen.
Underfell Sans - That's actually a nice way to slowly drag Red out of his shell. Red only knew violence and death from the second he was born to the moment he left of the Underground. He simply doesn't know how to have fun, but he wants to be included, and feel safe, and live as freely as his S/O does. He just needs a little guidance for this to finally start leaving the Underground behind and actually move on. What is wonderful about Red is that he is adapting really fast to things, which means he will get used to your style of life really fast and actually start to feel better in his shoes just by hanging out. He wants so desperately to have a better life that it hurts. He's happy you're willing to give him a second chance; that's all.
Underfell Papyrus - Well, Edge learned brutally that he wasn't allowed to be a child in his world, the day he got ambushed by teenagers and had to fight for his life, which he did until he left the Underground. He's desperate to have a normal life now, and he wants to do the same as you, finally living a little and free to do all he wants. He simply... has no idea how to do that. He feels a little awkward the first few times, sort of just standing there, not sure what to do with his body, but he will start to relax, little step by little step, as you spend more time together. You won't see his silly side right away, as Edge needs a bit of time to adjust to new things, but after a few years, he can surprise you. He just needs to feel loved and wanted, and it will be fine.
Horrortale Sans - He feels the same. Oak's life was clearly not the best until he reached the Surface, and he wants to catch up on all the things he couldn't do during his childhood and the famine that followed. Sure, he struggles a bit because of his disabilities, but with support and love, he will improve, learn and slowly heal. He can get confused at times, but he loves to have fun, spend time around his S/O, and test new things. Besides, he never got afraid to roll in the mud; he loves it, actually. Willow doesn't like it that much, though lol, especially because he's the one who has to convince Oak to take a bath after that. He finally feels like he's living a little, and he doesn't want to change it.
Horrortale Papyrus - It will be very slow and progressive, but he needs it so bad. Willow is overstressed and doesn't know how to relax anymore. Being forced to hang out and do fun activities will distress him at first... And then he will realize out of the blue that it's not that bad after all. Sure, he is limited physically in what he can do, but he needs so bad to realize that he doesn't have to be responsible for everyone in the farm and that he is allowed to enjoy his freedom just as much as the others. Besides, he can tell it makes you happy as well, and all he wants is for his partner to be happy. You're both healing!
Swapfell Sans - That makes him feel guilty as he realizes now that he might have taken all of what he's living with you now away from Rus when he was a kid. Well, his world was bad, so even if he was there, he could have never given a life like this to his brother, but it's hard to realize he used to be abusive to his brother the same way your parents were. He wants to be better, though, so he's supporting you 100% in your desire to catch up on your childhood. It's just hard for him to do the same.
Swapfell Papyrus - He decided to copy you and do the same. After all, you're right, that's not fair, either of you could enjoy their childhood, who cares if people are judging? They will never get it anyway! He's following you in all your adventures, and he's bringing a little more chaos to them as that guy will attract problems like a magnet. You're never bored at least!
Fellswap Gold Sans - He can tell it's important for you and you actually remind him a lot of Coffee. Even if he tried to do his best to make his brother happy, he could never offer him much because it was too dangerous. Good thing he has money to make sure you and his brother can have everything you want now. You want to skydive? He can find you a plane in an hour. Wants to go to Disneyland? He's privatizing the entire park for you. He doesn't care. As long as it makes you happy, money is not a problem. Besides, he would love to take you shopping to find the most gorgeous dress ever, and then you two are going to parade in front of your parents' house just to ragebait them.
Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He understands, he feels the same. Coffee was not unhappy growing up, but he was so frustrated that he couldn't have the same life as the other kids he could watch play from the window of his room. He understands why Wine did what he did, but he discovered a brand new world on the Surface, and it's sort of scary how much he missed outside. Coffee wants to try everything, and well, he has you now to do it with him, which definitely helps to boost his confidence and pushes him to be a little more independent. Nothing can stop you now (except maybe Wine's murderous stare from inside the house as he realizes you're very slowly taking his brother away from him and he hates it, but he'll get over it eventually).
Reset goes really wrong. Skeleton randomly appears in the judgment hall where Sanses/Swap Papyruses are currently fighting Frisk/Chara, and they're really close to the fatal hit. What do they do?
Undertale Sans - He sort of panics, because what the hell is he doing back here? Why is another him here? What is he supposed to do now? That never happened before! As long as the temptation of showing up to make a Return to the Future type of joke, he prefers to hide and not react. He doesn't know what types of consequences it could have on the timeline, and he is worried it might break it for good. He lets other Sans deal with this and shortcuts to the lab to try to find a solution instead.
Undertale Papyrus - He acts on instinct. All he sees is a human lunging at his sleeping brother with a knife, and it's enough to act. He throws a bone straight through the human, then gasps in shock at what he just did, and as his LV goes through 1 to 19 in 5 seconds. He's shaking, and Sans is talking to him, and he is so confused about what's going on, and scared, and what even is going on??? He starts to hyperventilate and only calms down when Sans takes him in his arms, just as confused as he is.
Underswap Sans - Oh no you don't. Blue has a very quick understanding of the situation, and more importantly, he is furious. He thought he was done with those reset circles, he's not doing it again. He creeps behind them and knocks them out before they can realize what's happening. His brother is very confused, but he's not going to complain as he's not the only adult in charge anymore. Now what?
Underswap Papyrus - Uh, what? No. No, no, no, no, no. Honey is completely freaking out, and he doesn't have time to intervene. He's scared, he doesn't understand what's going on or why he can remember everything from before, and he doesn't want to do this! Not again! Please! Sadly, he's paralyzed with fear when Chara turns his way and there's nothing he can do to save his life.
Underfell Sans - Well, here's the thing, there's no genocide in Underfell. So, uh. Now there are just 2 Red, facing each other in the Judgement Hall, completely confused. Red is a bit nervous though as he can perfectly remember the previous timeline, and that never happened before. Also, Red n°2 actually doesn't like that there's a Doppelganger of himself now, and he's about to attack. The girls are about to fight; that's going to be interesting.
Underfell Papyrus - Edge turns toward his brother, who asks him what the hell he's doing. Well, what the hell is Red doing here? He was here first! Stop copying him! He actually takes a little time for Edge to realize he's back Underground, and he is not too happy about it. Also, uh, there's another Edge in Snowdin. What is he even supposed to do now? Hello? Help?
Swapfell Sans - No. Blaster in the face of that kid and he's done. Ok, now that's really awkward because... Well... He and his brother are not friends yet in this world, so they are sort of just staring at each other, unsure what to do next. Is he supposed to act like his old self? It's cringing him a little.
Swapfell Papyrus - Time to do something incredibly stupid to distract the attention. He goes into the throne room, throws a bone at Toriel, and once he is sure he has her attention and that she is chasing him, he grabs the arm of the other Rus and shortcuts elsewhere lol. Good luck with that!
Fellswap Gold Sans - Really? He thought that kid had learned the lesson by now, but apparently not. Wine grabs their soul, and slams them repeatedly from wall to wall, all while asking them if they feel sorry yet. Coffee is so relieved to see his brother, even if it's weird as he's pretty sure he's dead but oh well, who cares! Wine fakes death all the time anyway. Wine prefers he believes this for now. He would hate to break his heart.
Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He's scared, he's confused, he doesn't know what's going on, but that other Coffee is completely freaking out and the kid is coming and... He takes a deep breath, and attacks to help, even if he knows it will put him in danger. He's not that Coffee anymore. He can deal with this. He doesn't need Wine to come to save him all the time. The kid never expected it. Ok. Wow. Uh, he didn't plan things this far. Now that he's safe, he can have his panic attack, and then both Coffee can start looking for a solution.
S/o is very reserved and shy about showing affection, But comes home late one day really drunk
S/o being very happy to see skelly smooches him all over and covers him in lipstick marks before falling asleep cuddling him
Undertale Sans - He was deep asleep on the couch, waiting for you, when you suddenly jumped at his face and scared the hell out of him. Sans is confused about what's going on, staring at you with wide eyes, but ends up giggling when he finally understands what's happening. He's very respectful of consent, though, and gently stops you to guide you toward bed, as he doesn't want you to panic in the morning after realizing what you did. He's exhausted anyway; he just wants to go to sleep.
Undertale Papyrus - Papyrus is very surprised as you randomly jump into his arms and start to agressively smooch him. Hello??? As long as he is very happy about this and never says no to physical affection, you looks just a tiny too excited, and he tries to calm you down by proposing a cuddle session. He loves being right as not five minutes later, you collapse against him, snoring loudly. He just picks you up and carries you to bed, then kisses you softly on the forehead before going back to whatever Papyrus does at night instead of sleeping.
Underswap Sans - Well, if he has to guess, you had fun tonight! You came home at the same time he did, so Blue is a little excited too to spend time with his S/O. He starts to purr slightly as you kiss him everywhere, and then he carries you home bridal style so you two can enjoy the rest of the evening together :D He's even willing to watch a movie for once.
Underswap Papyrus - Well, he didn't expect that. Honey turns a deep shade of orange, purring uncontrollably as you shower him with affection. He has no idea what's going on, but he's for sure not going to complain. Honey feels like he's dreaming right now, but that's ok, he likes sweet dreams like that.
Underfell Sans - Red raises a bone brow as you get home and immediately locks on him. Uh? Hi? Then he gets startled as you randomly lunges at him and jump on the couch to kiss him everywhere. What the hell? What's going on? He's so confused right now, and he can't think. Can you stop for two seconds, dammit? Wait, at least have mercy! Are you poking at his ribs right now??? He's overwhelmed and ends up crawling away as you chase after him, overexcited, and then jump on his back. That's too much affection; he gives up. Do whatever you want with him; it's too late to try to understand what's happening. You carry him back to the couch like a ragdoll, and he just sighs loudly. Welp. He won't go to sleep right away, apparently.
Underfell Papyrus - Edge prepared everything: a nice dinner, a nice movie, a nice bath... He wasn't prepared for you coming in like a wrecking ball, fell on the table he prepared with you on top of him, trying to catch you, and now he's just making a ton of weird noises as he tries to free himself, both offended you ruined his job, and very confused about what's even happening. Could you let him breathe now? Then you bite him. ????? Ok, that's it, time out. He grabs you by the soul and yeets you out of him, holding you in the air at a safe distance. He needs a minute.
Horrortale Sans - All he hears is the door opening, and then he gets confused as you crawl on all four on all the skeletons just minding their own business on the couch to jump at his neck. ?????? Oak starts purring, but his purring sounds a little weird as he has no idea what's even happening. Chief tries to complain about you, and you just stick your foot in his face, which is enough to force him away, clearly offended. Oak hugs you close, not sure if it's real right now, but if it's not, well he doesn't want to wake up now. Also the others won't stop complaining because they can't listen to the movie anymore with how loud Oak is purring right now.
Horrortale Papyrus - Wow! Wow, wow, wow, calm down! You whimper as he holds you at arm's distance, but he's slightly worried you forgot about his back in your state and would appreciate you not jumping on him right now. He can tell you had a nice evening but it's time to go to bed now. You lament pitifully the entire time he pushes you toward your room, but lets you go away with a few kisses on his ribs. Here, all done, good night.
Swapfell Sans - He growls as you grab him to kiss his face. Could you be more gentle? You almost tear his head off his body. Nox was sleeping comfortably, and if there's one thing Nox hates, it's to be awakened once he's comfortable. He's all grumpy and puffed up, but because it's you, he doesn't say anything. He just rolls his eye lights and waits for you to be done.
Swapfell Papyrus - He's slightly triggered because you smell like alcohol, but other than that, he lets you do whatever you want to do with his body. It's too late for Rus anyway; he doesn't have any energy anymore and if anything, he is just glad he can finally go to sleep now that you're home.
Fellswap Gold Sans - He ducks as you try to jump on him from behind the couch, and he simply watches as you crash into the coffee table, whimpering in pain. What did we learn from that? Wine gives you a very unimpressed look and then goes back to read his book, shaking his head in disappointment. You're mad.
Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He screams as you jump on top of him in the middle of the night, then gasps when he recognizes you and starts to purr happily, rubbing his big face against you. He's so happy! He was so bored! His face turns dark purple as you start to kiss him everywhere, and he smiles widely. He loves affection, he loves kisses and he's never moving now.
Hello, it's Tuesday today, so no post as usual. Since it's Pride Month, I'm reposting Out of the Closet for those who never read it.
It's based on a theory I love that Sans might be trans, and it's written from young Papyrus's point of view!

Like every evening after school, Papyrus prepared himself to put down his school bag at its place, on the coat rail next to the entrance door. And like every evening, he got ready to cringe because Sans would have put her things on HIS coat rail, that he would have to put away so he could hang his heavy school bag on its usual spot. This was his coat rail, they both decided it long ago. Why was it so hard for Sans to understand it?
But today, Papyrus had the surprise to find his coat rail perfectly empty and ready to be used. His backpack in his hands, Papyrus hesitated, nervous. Why was it empty? It was never empty. Papyrus made it empty. Sans always loved to put useless things that didn't even go on a coat rail just to annoy him. It was their evening routine. But that routine was now broken. It was not normal, and Papyrus hated when things were not normal.
"SANS?" he called. "ARE YOU HOME?"
No answer.
Papyrus tried to think rationally. Yeah, rational, that was such a grown up word. He was proud of himself. Maybe Sans wasn't home yet and this was why his coat rail was empty. She simply didn't have the time to set up their usual prank and it was totally normal and not scary! Very proud of his deduction, Papyrus picked up his school bag and lifted it to hang it on the coat rail.
But then his stare fell on the pink slippers on the mat.
Those horrible pink slippers, more brown than pink, that Sans always put on to go outside despite how ridiculous it was. Papyrus always told her that if she were wearing real shoes, she wouldn't have cold feet so often. But like always, Sans was stubborn and never listened to him. One of these days, she was going to get sick, and he would laugh in her face.
The only problem was that, if Sans' slippers were here, then Sans should be home too. That too was not normal, and Papyrus hated when things were not normal!
"SANS! I KNOW YOU ARE HERE. THIS IS NOT FUNNY! ARE YOU HIDING AGAIN TO SCARE ME? BECAUSE I AM DEFINITELY NOT SCARED AND PANICKED RIGHT NOW! YOU KNOW I DON'T LIKE IT, SO STOP YOUR SHENANIGANS FOR ONCE AND SHOW YOURSELF."
Papyrus crossed his arms on his chest to look more confident, even if he actually wasn't right now, which no one needed to know.
Still no answer.
Papyrus felt his non-existent stomach squeeze. Sans was always answering when he was not in the mood for jumpscares, and clearly, she was not right now! This was not normal! Not normal at all!
"VERY WELL!" he screamed. "DON'T SHOW YOURSELF, I DON'T CARE! I'M A VERY BRAVE LITTLE SKELETON AND I AM NOT SCARED! YOU HEAR ME? I'M NOT SCARED!"
But… What if something happened? What if Sans was gone forever? Was it because he did something wrong? No, this was stupid, Sans would never give up on him too. After all, he was only a little skeleton, he couldn't even pay taxes yet. How was he going to pay the house? What if he got evicted and had to live on the streets like before? He didn't want to, he hated it there! And anyway, he wouldn't leave without Sans. He needed Sans!
Now. Now. NOW !
"SANS?" he asked again, his voice trembling with panic. "SANS, PLEASE, WHERE ARE YOU?"
Still no answer. That was it. Sans was probably dead, or worse! Wait, what could be worse than death? He didn't know, but he was sure it was that! He couldn't even breathe correctly anymore! This was not normal! This was not normal, and he hated it so much!
He sat against the wall and, like the school therapist showed him when he was so stressed he was panicking, he tried to empty his head and breathe in and out to try to calm down his erratic soul beats. His eye sockets stopped on several objects around him and he started to name them outloud, doing all he could to not cry.
He concentrated again on his breathing, and, slowly, he calmed down and tried to think rationally again. There has to be an explanation. Sans couldn't just have… vanished! If Sans' slippers were there, then Sans was home. And if Sans was not in the living room or in the kitchen, she had to be upstairs. In her room maybe? How did he not even think of trying her room? Yes. Yes, this was a rational enough idea. Sans was probably in her room, listening to music or something, and she just didn't hear him coming home.
Papyrus stood up. He ignored his trembling legs and walked - well, he ran actually, as fast as he could before he could have a second panic attack - to the stairs. He climbed the steps two by two before he rushed to the end of the mezzanine corridor to bang on Sans' door.
After a few seconds of intense knocking, he stopped and put his head against the door to listen. No sound. No answer. This was still not normal, but Sans usually didn't make a lot of noise, so maybe she was in there anyway?
"SANS? ARE YOU THERE?"
Still no answer.
Frustrated, Papyrus tried the handle of the door, in vain. It was locked. He hated when Sans locked the door. She only did it when she was mad at him or when she was sad. Papyrus knew Sans had no reason to be upset with him right now, so it had to be the second option. Sans was sad again.
It happened a lot these last few days. Sans probably thought Papyrus hadn't noticed, he knew it, but that wasn't true. Sans had another stare when sad, even if she tried to hide it behind a forced smile. Papyrus was really good at reading other people's eyes, and especially his sibling's. Usually, that was around that time Papyrus behaved badly. That way, Sans was too busy scolding him to be sad. For a while at least. Even if it was very clever, Papyrus knew it wasn't going to last long.
However, these last few days, it seemed to Papyrus that nothing could make Sans smile again, not even his own shenanigans. And weird things were happening in the house. Papyrus noticed how, every morning, the bathroom mirror was covered with Sans' towel. Or that time where Papyrus searched her cosmetics to put on makeup on one of his plushies and everything was gone. He found them later that day in the bin and said nothing, thinking maybe they were expired or something.
Now that he was thinking about it, other weird events occurred that Papyrus didn't understand. Like when, two days ago, they went to Gerson's shop to buy clothes, and then Gerson told Sans the jacket she wanted was a boy jacket, and then Sans crushed Papyrus' hand suddenly like the old turtle insulted her. And then her eyes went sad again.
Papyrus thought it was not fair they couldn't buy the jacket so, the next day after school, he sneaked in the shop and stole it. That hadn't been very hard. Gerson had bad eyesight, and that was actually not the first time he did that, he used to do it all the time when they were living on the streets. Though, he was not sure why he felt like he had to steal now. He knew it was bad and he even promised Sans he would never steal ever again once they had settled inside a real home.
But that made Sans angry that she couldn't buy the jacket, so that made Papyrus angry too.
His first plan was to gift the jacket to Sans, but then Papyrus thought that if Sans was seen with the jacket, she could have problems with the Royal Guard and he didn't want that.
But… What if Sans was really sad because she went back to Gerson and couldn't buy the jacket because it was gone? What if everything was his fault? If he gave the jacket to Sans now, maybe she wouldn't be sad anymore? Papyrus thought about the risks for a few seconds and then decided that his sibling's happiness was more important than being arrested by the Royal Guard. And in the worst scenario, he could still cry on command to make the guards sad and free his sibling. He was very good at that.
Now sure it was the best thing to do, Papyrus ran to his own room. He pulled the bed out of the wall, which made some bricks fall on his carpet. Another thing Sans didn't know. Yet, at least. After seeing Sans train her magic with this huge very cool skeletal head beast thing, Papyrus was dying to try to do the same thing. And well, it worked! However, he didn't know the beam could cause that much damage to the wall. There was now a huge hole in it, that Papyrus hid by putting the bricks in place and holding them still with his bed. Sure, Sans found it weird (very suspicious, even) that Papyrus decided to suddenly move his bed elsewhere in the room, but thankfully didn't search to know more. Now Papyrus was using the hole as a super cool hiding place!
Papyrus dug out the jacket from under half eaten bags of candy he stole in the kitchen so Sans didn't eat them all, and dusted it. It was really a nice looking jacket, all blue, with funny bone patterns on the inside and a comfortable hood. The skeleton felt a little bad. It was probably worth some money. Maybe he could save to pay Gerson back someday. But that wasn't important right now. What was important was that Sans was sad and that this hoodie could help.
The small skeleton looked around for something to put his nice gift in, and chose one of his blankets, the one with superheroes on it. He wrapped the jacket in it and closed his improvised gift with the red bowtie of Mr Bear, his favorite teddy bear. Very proud of his work, he picked up the gift and walked to Sans' door again.
The door was still locked.
"SANS?" He tried again, not believing one second it would work. "CAN YOU OPEN THE DOOR PLEASE?"
As he expected, no answer. But that was not like any door ever stopped Papyrus. He activated his weird magic, the one that helped him cross any object, and glitched through the wall right to his sibling's room. Papyrus didn't like to use that type of magic. It felt wrong, and there were weird noises inside the weird black emptiness he crossed to walk through things. The other kids at school didn't like it either, they said he was not normal. Well, except that time when the playground balloon got stuck on the roof and Papyrus flew to get it, which freaked out his teacher so much she called the Royal Guard to fetch him. He didn't really understand why she was so eager to ask him to not move, but for once the entire school was looking at him so he played along.
When he opened his eye sockets after crossing the wall, he froze. It seemed like a tornado had passed through the bedroom. The big mirror of the room had been smashed in a million pieces on the floor, most of Sans' clothes were on the floor, ripped off or cut willingly, sometimes both at the same time, like someone decided to transform them into mops. There were no posters on the walls anymore, and even a huge crack in one of them.
Did Sans attack the wall? Why? That was silly.
Papyrus was uneasy. That didn't feel like something Sans would do. Did something happen to her while he was at school? His first thought was that Sans always told him there was nothing under his bed, but what if Papyrus was right all along and Sans was gone forever now?
"S-Sans…?" he whispered, suddenly terrified to talk out loud.
He hugged his gift against his chest to give him some courage and then, very slowly, tiptoed farther in the room. He avoided the sharp glass pieces, and started to search Sans favorite hiding places when they were playing hide-and-seek. Under the bed? Nope, nothing. On the unstable wood beam on the ceiling even if Papyrus told her a million times to not nap here? No, still no Sans. Maybe in the closet then?
Nervously, he put his head against the closet door to listen to what was inside. Some muffled noise was discernible, very discreetly. It was like someone was crying inside of a pillow or something. Was Sans crying? His chest hurt just thinking about the idea and he dropped his gift. The door was locked, but Papyrus forced it open, knocking out the broom that was holding it shut, and made his way inside.
"Sans? Are you alright?" he asked with a small voice.
She was there, head sinking deep inside her pillow. Sans had her clothes tattered, and there was a broken pair of scissors next to her, twisted with rage.
Papyrus was at a loss of what to do. Sans rarely cried, and usually, she didn't want him near when it happened. He decided to sit at the edge of the closet and wait patiently. His soul was crying for hers, and he was resisting the urge to jump in her arms and hug her close. This was not how Sans dealt with these types of things. He knew she preferred to take the first step.
But Papyrus never saw Sans so down before, and it distressed him quite a bit. He looked around, and then remembered the gift he brought with him, waiting in front of the entrance. Papyrus picked it up and pushed it slightly towards Sans with his foot, hoping she would notice.
For one second, he swore he saw two white pupils looking up towards him. Hopeful, Papyrus smiled nicely to show his sibling he was there if she wanted to talk.
"what's that?" Sans croaked, visibly forcing herself to make small talk with her brother.
"A GIFT! I THOUGHT IT WOULD SUIT YOU WELL. TAKE A LOOK!"
Her hands were shaking, but she took the gift anyway. She chuckled slightly seeing the… original packaging. She pulled the bow and unwrapped the blanket. Her eye sockets widened when her fingers met the blue hoodie.
"how did you know that… i… papyrus…"
She looked at him, confused. Papyrus tilted his head. Her eye sockets filled with tears. It was not exactly the reaction he was expecting… but that was sort of a reaction? Sans grabbed his arm and dragged him against her chest in a crushing hug. Papyrus sighed slightly in relief. Sans was not mad at him, and she hadn't asked him how he got the jacket either, which was good because that would have been so embarrassing to explain. He simply hugged back, happy Sans was happy now that she had that jacket she wanted so much.
But was all of it really just about the jacket?
Papyrus knew it was more than that. Like everything else, Sans thought he hadn't noticed but he did. He knew Sans was struggling with her (his?) body. A lot.
The small skeleton looked at the ripped clothes all over the floor with determination. Maybe Sans was sad because no one was listening? Maybe if he said something, Sans wouldn't be so lonely anymore. He wanted to be there. He took a deep breath.
"Sans… You know I would love you all the same if you wanted me to call you big brother, right?" he whispered.
That for sure surprised Sans, who froze and looked at him in shock.
"what did you just say?"
"If forcing yourself to be a girl makes you sad, then don't force yourself to be a girl, and that's it. I just want you to be happy. I don't care what Gerson said about the jacket. It's not for boys or for girls or whatever. It's just for you, and it should be enough. I won't think any different of you just because you want to be your true self. I love you the same, Sans."
A sob escaped Sans' throat, before he burst into tears, crushing him against his ribcage again. Papyrus smiled. He knew it was not bad tears this time.
"you don't even know how bad i needed to hear that… you're way too cool for your age, little brother. i love you too, buddy. i'm so sorry i'm such a wimpy loser. i don't even know why i'm crying…"
"THAT'S OK! I'M CRYING ALL THE TIME FOR NOTHING TOO. LIKE IN FRONT OF SAD METTATON MOVIES. OR WHEN UNDYNE REJECTED ME WHEN I INVITED HER TO DANCE AT THE SCHOOL PROM BECAUSE SHE SAID I WAS TOO SMALL AND THAT SHE PREFERS GIRLS ANYWAY. WHO CARES. ONE DAY, I'LL BE TALLER THAN HER AND I'LL REJECT HER FOR METATTON AND THEN I'LL STEAL HER JOB IN THE ROYAL GUARD LIKE I STOLE THAT HOODIE FROM GERSON!"
Papyrus froze, devastated. Sans frown.
"what did you just say?"
"I MEAN UH… METAPHORICALLY? YOU, UH… KNOW ME, I WOULD NEVER STEAL ANYTHING FOR REAL. EVER. AT ALL. OH WELL LOOK AT THE TIME, ISN'T IT TIME FOR A BATH OR SOMETHING? I'M GOING NOW!"
Papyrus forced a smile and wiggled out of Sans arms. He was sure of it, like that huge hole barely hidden behind his bed in his room, Sans would never know he stole that jacket. And anyway, if it helped his brother to come out of the closet, then he regretted nothing at all!
If I'm not mistaken the underfell bros(Edge & Red) are quite close friends with the fellswap bros(Wine & Coffee).
What where their reactions to/meeting the new comers?

They are!
Underfell Sans - Funnily enough, Red is the one who figured out first that they were irradiated. Undertale Alphys was confused about what was going on, as she had never got exposed to something similar, and asked around for advice. Red said that it's funny because the symptoms the Horrorfellswap and Undertale brothers had are similar to something he had watched on TV but that it was stupid because what's the probability these two got near a nuclear bomb explosion? ... Well. Turned out they were close to a nuclear bomb explosion indeed. Once again, that guy could work for NASA if he actually put effort into it. SIGH.
Other than that, so far, he doesn't want to get too involved. Like most Fell skeletons, he can recognize signs of death. He's not cold or anything, it's just cultural. In his world, you learn to not get attached to sick people, as they never stay around for long. He's curious, but as long as their situation stays unstable, he won't try to make friends.
Underfell Papyrus - Edge got involved early as Ebott politicians freaked out when they learned the news that two irradiated people had joined the community and could potentially contaminate a lot of people. Edge decided to represent them for free on Chief's (Horrorfell Papyrus) demand, to prevent the brothers from being sent away to a human facility where they would have been overstressed, which could have been fatal for Mocha. Both brothers need stability and to feel safe, as their situation is already complicated, and Edge negotiated that they stay at the farm in a sterilized, controlled room, as the farm is on the edge of the city and pretty far from all population concentration, and he won.
As for not getting attached, well... Like for Chief, that failed miserably. He learned a lot about them while preparing their defense, and he felt horrible. They all have a lot in common, and Edge thinks it isn't fair that they don't get to enjoy the Surface the way he and many others did. It should be so frustrating to know freedom is right behind a wall of glass, and you can't go because it might kill you. He feels even worse knowing one of them might not make it out. If he can, he will continue to help.
So Im curious how You imagine all the Horror boys and mafia boys, bc personally I have quite a hard time imagining how they look like, are they just a bit different looking than main boys and if maybe they have something specific about their look? ^_^
Horrortale Sans - Very much close from his "canon" version, but BIG BOY. He has a huge hole in the top of his skull, is blind from a socket, and the other is red, but a weird kind of red as it's not a real eye. It's a spell Old Lady (HT Toriel) cast to save his sight, and she has to feed magic into it every six months or so to prevent him from going completely blind. When magic starts to run off, the red color turns a weird pink-grayish color. Oak has very bad eyesight and is entirely colorblind.
Horrortale Papyrus - He's huge, and so far the biggest of all skeletons with Chief (but Chief is sitting most of the time, so it's less visible). He has a ton of scars on the spine and ribs. His skull looks ok for the most part. He needs glasses because he can't see well (which he has in common with Classic Papyrus, who is also supposed to wear glasses but hates them and doesn't wear them on purpose :D), and his teeth are a whitish-yellow color. His teeth look normal by now, but if you look for a long time, you can guess something happened to them, as they're thinner and some are still not very straight. The injuries to his spine are more visible, as it looks slightly twisted. Willow often struggles to turn right because it's more painful on this side. In the days when it hurts too much, he's walking with crutches, a cane, or sits in a wheelchair.
Horrorswap Sans - He looks mostly like Blue, but slightly bigger and looking exhausted. But what is very obvious is the fact that he's lacking a right leg. It's harder to see now as he uses a prosthesis, and he adapted well to it, but he's slightly limping if you look for long. He also wears mostly black clothes, which makes him look more similar to Nox (Swapfell Sans) in some points, despite the vibrant blue pupils. He has a few scars on his face and a lot on his arms. Lots of them looks like something scratched him, and that's the case as not all humans accepted their fate peacefully when he came for them :D
Horrorswap Papyrus - He looks like Honey (Underswap Papyrus) but smaller and a lot thinner. Even if he gained a lot of weight, Pumpkin is still very thin compared to the other horror boys. It's because his magic is still struggling to heal him fully, and so the food mostly goes into helping his magic rather than really feeding him. He is covered with scars from head to toes, some looking old, some not quite healed yet. He mostly wears very large clothes, as it's painful for him to wear tight clothes that can get stuck on his wounds. The face is what is most visible, as he is lacking all the inferior parts of it, the inferior jaw and the chin. His sockets are lost between all the scars, to the point Alphys thought he was blind at first. When he walks, he is limping a bit due to pain. He has precoce arthritis in the entire body due to countless fractures that never healed properly... And fractures that had to be done after his rescue to try to fix the bones that could still be salvageable. He still needs surgery on some of them, so it's not rare to see him with metal rods poking out of his legs or arms. He can't stand straight either, as it's painful, which is why he looks smaller than he actually is.
Horrorfell Sans - He looks mostly like Red, with a lot more scars on his face. Copper and Chief were already used to famine way before the famine occurred, so they got out of the Underground looking not too rough. The main difference is that he's missing his left arm, from the shoulder. He sometimes wears a prosthesis when his brother reminds him that he will have problems later if he keeps ignoring it, but he hates it and rarely wears it. He uses it to scratch his back lol.
Horrorfell Papyrus - He looks like Edge, but bigger and with a huge gash across his face. Like Copper, that's pretty much it, as he was already well adapted to the famine. The main difference is that he's in a wheelchair as he's paralyzed from both legs. Also, he is smiling a lot more often than Edge, which can be surprising if you mix both of them.
Horrorswapfell Sans - It's hard to tell he is Nox's older version, as he has a huge hole in the face. His back skull is cracked, and on the front, there's a hole from his forehead to his nose, where the eye sockets were. He's completely blind. He's also a lot smaller and thinner, and unlike Nox, he doesn't like to be the center of attention. It's rare to even see him as he's hiding when there are people he doesn't trust on the farm.
Horrorswapfell Papyrus - He looks like Rus, just slightly thinner. If you put both of them next to each other, it's actually difficult to find what's different. Their behaviors are completely different, though. You can guess there's something weird with Tiger though, because his stare is a bit wild, like he's watching prey. He has a few ribs missing as well, but it's hidden, so it's not visible.
Horrorfellswap Sans - Merlot still looks a lot like Wine, but his bones are a weird yellowish color and, well, he's missing his hands, even if he's quite talented at making people forget about that. He looks like a very exhausted Wine, though. His voice sounds different as well, more raspy, and he's coughing a lot.
Horrorfellswap Papyrus - Like his brother, his bones are yellowish. He still looks a lot like Coffee, but is extremely exhausted and very thin. Mocha struggles to keep food in, so he doesn't gain any weight, and he even keeps losing some, even on the Surface. His bones are full of punctured points because of all the needles that have been and will be hammered into his body. He looks a little less anxious than Coffee, but that's mostly because exhaustion is hiding it. Like Merlot, his voice is weird, and he's coughing a lot.
Mafiatale Sans - He looks like Classic Sans, but slightly bigger and stronger. Both are chubby, but Demon is in shape-chubby instead of chubby-chubby. Demon is more alert and, well, he is not a sweet talker and often insults everyone, which usually helps to not mistake him for Sans (which he hates). His eye lights are also whiter, with a bit of blue in it.
Mafiatale Papyrus - He looks similar to Classic Papyrus, but icy cold. He's not smiling; everything about how he stands or how he looks at you screams "f*** off" and he's only wearing dark colors. Besides, he will simply ignore you if you piss him off, or randomly throw a knife at your feet to make you leave.
Mafiafell Sans - He looks like Red, but BIG BOY. He's actually bigger than both Red and Copper. He's also chubbier, and he has a shark grin that makes you uncomfortable. Red has it too, but he only uses it to impress or when he wants to be bad, while it's 24/24 on Fang. He wears hats and suits as well, which you will never see Red wear, even under the threat of a gun. Most of the time, he has also a few dogs walking off leash around him.
Mafiafell Papyrus - He's a little bigger and taller than Edge, and he has a few additional scars on his face. He looks a lot colder, and his features look angrier in general. They both have a scary face, but Torpedo doesn't need any effort to look angry, which makes him sort of terrifying. Like his brother, he often wears suits and hats, and he sometimes has a decorative cane with a bone sword hidden in it.

This year was... Complicated. We knew it would be complicated, but damn, that was HELL, especially for my trans fellows everywhere in the world who are the target of much discrimination at the moment.
France didn't get spared. I'm so tired of online hate, I'm so tired of not being able to read anything talking about diversity without cis white men wondering why we exist. I'm tired.
But because we're tired doesn't mean we have to give up.
I'm going to march and protest this month, because it's important to fight for the people who can't do it anymore, because they're scared of the consequences.
Shame must change sides.
And hopefully, next year, things will be a little better, or at least stop worsening.
Did sans and papyrus ever get decontaminated after greeting the new skeletons?
They were only exposed for a few minutes, but that was enough to make both very sick.
Sans and Papyrus had to go into quarantine the same way the Horrorfellswap brothers did, as Alphys wasn't sure what she was dealing with, and you know, just to be sure it's not a mortal virus coming from another universe.
Papyrus recovered quickly and was authorized to leave after two weeks, but Sans struggled to get better for a solid month, because his immune system is not the best to begin with. He got over it eventually, and after one week in the white room, he was authorized to leave as well.
They are still under medication for at least 6 months, as Alphys didn't want to take any risk, but they'll be fine.
How do the others on the farm feel about the HFS bros? How many are "in the know" on Mocha's condition?
Horrortale Sans - Well, he thought Pumpkin was the worst they would have, as Bear and Tiger adapted pretty well after all, but then here he is, he guesses. Oak is slightly nervous around Merlot, as Merlot quickly realized his memory is not the best and tried to abuse his kindness to get favors from him, but he really likes Mocha. He's sad they can't leave their room yet, but Willow explained him (a few times) why, and he hopes they will both be fine. Because Mocha situation can be a very big trigger, Oak had been left out of the situation for now. But he's smart, so he is sort of already aware something is really wrong.
Horrortale Papyrus - He didn't expect to have new guests home, even less having to destroy a few walls and rebuild another medical room after Pumpkin, but he couldn't let them outside. Willow is a little overwhelmed, mainly because, unlike the others, he can't help that much. He made sure to give them all the equipment (a small kitchen, a small living room, curtains for privacy...) they needed inside so they can have autonomy, but he feels like he's not doing enough. Willow knows about Mocha's situation, and he is distressed about it, as it feels like a failure. He managed to save all the others, so knowing that might not work out this time is weird and scary. Both brothers already trust him, which is comforting, but they also don't really have the choice to rely on him so... Willow still hopes Alphys will find a cure. He's not sure how he will deal with this if Mocha... He knows he can deal with it, but he knows a lot of skeletons on this farm will have a very bad time.
Horrorswap Sans - He only met them briefly, but that didn't work out. Merlot felt his high LV and turned icy cold, not wanting him anywhere near his brother. Nugget doesn't see how he can help anyway. He's not living on the farm anymore, and the situation is still complicated with his own brother. He just hopes they will be alright.
Horrorswap Papyrus - When Willow thinks about complications on the farm, he's obviously thinking about Pumpkin. Pumpkin managed to befriend Mocha extremely fast, and that's good, Pumpkin needs friends. But he also needs stability, and both Willow and Chief are still hesitant to tell the truth about Mocha. Because, well, they know that if Mocha ever dies, it will destroy Pumpkin, and they're not sure Pumpkin can take it yet. He is a lot better than when he arrived, but he is still fragile, and witnessing their new friend's death might be extremely distressing for him. What they don't know, though, is that Pumpkin already knows Mocha is dying. He is rusty, but he is still a hyperempath and he can feel his friend's pain. He also sees a lot of monsters died in the cells next to him; he recognizes the signs. And, well, he knows it will be tough, but no one deserves to die without knowing friendship, so he tries to be there. He wants to support them. Pumpkin is the only one Merlot trusts 100%, mainly because he has a lot in common with Mocha. It happens Pumpkin settles behind the glass for the night to sleep with them.
Horrorfell Sans - Well, that helps him to relativise. When he thinks things can't be more messed up, the universe somehow shows him it can. Better them than him, though. Copper is still a bit distant, which is normal, as he takes a bit to warm up usually, and he's not too sure being pitied is what these guys want. He can tell Merlot is curious about him and that Mocha wants to be friend, but these two smell like death and he doesn't want to get attached if they're not here to stay. He knows about Mocha situation, his brother told him, and well, that wasn't a big surprise for him.
Horrorfell Papyrus - Chief is one of the skeletons the brothers are talking about the most, as Chief is a strong healer and so he is watching over them with Old Lady to make sure they're alright. He's the one who saved Mocha both times he almost died, and even risked his own life by coming in once because Merlot was freaking out. As long as he doesn't want to get attached, as he's aware Mocha's chances of survival are low, it's waaaaay too late for this by now. All it took was Mocha smiling at him, and it was so over, the same way it happened with Pumpkin. Chief feels like he's not doing enough, even though he's using all of his magic to help them by now, and he prefers to stay in denial about Mocha's condition at the moment. Willow is worried about him, as he's exhausting himself and neglecting himself in the process.
Horrorswapfell Sans - Bear is struggling a little to adapt. There are a lot of people in the house every day, nurses and doctors, and he doesn't feel safe anymore, trying to hide from everyone so as not to stay in the open. He can't see the new ones, but he smells them. He smelled death out of everything, and he hates it as that scent is very triggering to him. Bear is overstressed, and if he didn't have his service dog, he would have freaked out several times already. Willow is actually in touch with Nox to see if he can take him in until things calm down, as he notices Bear is not doing good.
Horrorswapfell Papyrus - Tiger is mostly confused about what's happening. Everyone is worried or stressed, and it's starting to stress him out as well. He can tell the situation is serious about the new ones, but he doesn't understand why it's affecting everyone like this. He barely met them; it's not the best conditions for a proper meeting yet. Tiger mostly spends his time outside, avoiding everyone and waiting for all the agitation to calm down. Besides, it doesn't help that he is worried for his brother, who is clearly not doing alright at the moment. The main problem is that, when he's stressed, Tiger can turn aggressive. So far, no accident has happened, but he almost attacked a visitor of the farm the other day because they insisted on taking a photo with him. When Willow can't watch him, he sends him to the Farmtale brothers so he can keep busy.
If the new boys could choose one food to eat for the rest of the week, what would they choose?
Horrorfellswap Sans - A huge plate of home lasagnas, the super heavy type. He knows he could never eat it all, but knowing it might last for a while is comforting. It feels like he didn't eat pasta in forever, added to that. He misses having variety in food.
Horrorfellswap Papyrus - Cookies, cupcakes, a ton of other cakes and also fast food. Too bad he can't eat any of that at the moment, only that weird, disgusting, tasteless mush Alphys feeds him with that pump going straight in his throat :(
What do the original gold brothers think of their horror counterparts, and has the situation made wine think about his relationship with coffee in a new light?
I already answered what they think about each other.
But yes, definitely, Wine, for once, is not feeling that confident about this, and in the evening, it felt weird eating with Coffee knowing that across the street, another Wine and Coffee are doing the same, but in pain.
He can tell Merlot cares about his brother the same way he does, Merlot is insanely protective of Mocha, but also that their relationship looks way better than Wine and Coffee at the moment, who are still tense and both still have a lot of things to deal with. He wants things to be better, and maybe it was the beginning of a realization that he needs to start to work on all of this. This will take time, though.
Wine wants to help a little, but he's not sure about getting involved emotionally yet, so he does what he does best: helping with money. He can't make friends for now, but he can find them a home and make sure they don't lack anything for a while.
