Remember when all Tumblr was was us posting selfies with some profound description of our day, or just some random shit. I miss that about tumblr.

I never update this thing anymore. But I’ve had it for almost 10 years and I feel like thats pretty awesome. I was looking back on some of my old posts today and it’s amazing to see how much has changed/how far I’ve come. Life definitely is more stable these days. I think that could be a good thing, and a bad thing. I miss the spontaneity of my younger days, but crave the stability of my life now.

Who would have thought that in the ten years I’ve had this little blog that I would have fell in love, got married, bought not one but two houses, and started my own business. It’s pretty crazy to think about. I guess thats whats supposed to happen in life? Things change, you evolve. It’s just weird. When I wrote my older posts at 18/19/20 you don’t realize everything is very slowly changing/evolving and preparing you for later in life. Change happens slowly and then when you look back on your life suddenly nothing is the same anymore.

Spring time and warmer weather makes me nostalgic. The warm weather makes me want to be spontaneous and go run around in a park and drink beer, or just ride my motorcycle till I get lost. I suppose I’m super fortunate with my career that I can do those things. It just sucks that we are all grown up now and not everyone can be spontaneous with me. Fucking responsibilities.
