Just realized that the reason I love making friends on tumblr is because it’s exactly how you make friends on the playground as a six year old. No, I don’t know their name but they love mermaids too and built this awesome sand castle. No, I don’t know their age but their imaginary cheetah is friends with mine. You like this show? You like this character?? You can sing the theme song really loud??? Here is a flower crown. Here is a juice box. You can share my time and I might never see you again but part of you stays in my soul forever. In my mind we’re still on the swing set and the sky is blue and nothing will ever be wrong again.

My cat is showing more advanced signs of osteoarthritis, and he will need monthly injections of medication to manage it, as well as PRN meds. I am on disability and see multiple specialists, and money is stupid tight. So I have decided to do something very scary and open art commissions, which I have never done before.

I haven't made up a commission info sheet or written up my TOS yet, but I am in the process of doing so right now! In order to not overwhelm myself completely, I will probably take a few commissions at a time, and I guess have a waiting list (if I am lucky enough to have interest, lol, presumptuous).

I am best at drawing women/female things. I have some pals who play furry characters for roleplay or ttrpgs, so I don't mind drawing those (although I am not great at 'muzzled' anthro). I will be offering sketches/lineart, flat colours, and shaded art.

If none of this is of interest to you and you don't mind doing so, you can also toss a few dollars at my kofi. All donations go towards my little guy's vet bills and are hugely appreciated!

It’s Saturday here. One day before Easter. We had our holiday meal at the table. Got a glass (or two…) champagne before. Daughter is sick and has been whining all day but now she’s just having fun. I got up from the table to collect all the leftover and give something to the cat and dog. It’s a tradition. I look at them and feel something… a bit shifting inside me. I’d been feeling highly frustrated and terrified from a lot of upcoming things in this year but somehow this Thing was lift from me for a moment. And I felt grateful and fel RIGTH.
