🍲Sinigang🍲
Filipino Tamarind Soup
I could wax poetic about my love of Sinigang for days. Most kids latch onto one food for a while and refuse to eat anything else and for me it was Sinigang. For like 8 years I had sinigang at least once a day everyday, to the point where all my family would tease me. It’s sour and filled with nutritious vegetables. I still like to make a big pot sometimes and just eat it thougout the week. Here’s a serving for two so if you’re not a big fan. Sinigang packet mix is normally found is Asian food stores with other dried soup products. This isn’t the most traditional recipe tbh just my low cal version.
Spray oil (16)
1/4 of an onion (10)
2-3 cloves of garlic (4)
1-2 cups water
2 oz ground turkey (80)
1 cup/3 oz cabbage (26)
1 oz of diced tomato (canned is fine 5)
1 tbsp of Sinigang packet mix (definitely go with your own tastes as this can be sour don’t be afraid of adding more or less)
2 cups of green leafy vegetables (I usually use spinach but bok choy or kale are good substitutes 14)
Other veggies options to add: string beans, hot peppers (jalapeño and banana peppers are good),okra, eggplant, and radish
In a soup pot fry onions and garlic with spray oil til brown and fragrant. Add turkey and stir fry til it’s gets nice and brown. Add water, tomato cabbage and bring to a boil. Try adding the Sinigang mix a tsp or so at a time to see how much you need/ prefer. If you add to much you can always add more water to your soup. Right as your about to serve add leafy greens and voila!

SWEETS! Ok y'all. Obviously with Christmas fast approaching sweets will be a huge presence so here's my recipe for amazing meringue pops that will have your house smelling great, your taste buds satisfied. They're so low calorie they pretty much don't even count. They're even Keto Friendly if that's your thing.
You will need:
-4 egg whites
-4 Tablespoons Swerve sweetener
-1/4 Teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 Teaspoon cream of tartar
-Lolly sticks (optional)
-Sprinkles (optional)
-parchment paper
-baking sheet... Or 2 or 3 depending on size.
-Stand mixer or hand mixer
-vinegar or lemon juice
Directions:
This is a french meringue so the process is very straight forward. First, clean your bowl and whisk/beater attachment with vinegar or lemon juice. Let that dry. Meringue is simple but fussy so you don't want any oil residue collapsing it. Put your egg whites and cream of tartar into a mixing bowl and begin to beat them. Once they have foamed up a bit, add your vanilla and continue to beat. When the mixture has become a little more firm, slowly add your first tablespoon of swerve. Wait a minute and allow that to mix in and disintegrate completely. Repeat until you've added 4 tbsp. Once stiff peaks can be formed, you can add gel or powder food coloring (NOT LIQUID!) if you would like to color them.
Once you are satisfied with the consistency and color of your meringue, put the mixture in a piping or ziplock bag with a corner clipped. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. You can dab a bit of meringue under the corners to keep it in place. Pipe your meringue onto the parchment paper in fun shapes, lay a lolly stick over top, and then repeat the shape in a second later to cover the stick. This should make 8 or so decent size lollies.
Calories: ~80 cal
You could fill a cake box up with these and eat them all without breaking your calorie budget on deserts. Honestly I couldn't even finish half a batch before my sweet tooth was satisfied and I am a sugar FIEND.
🍎LOW CALORIE APPLE SAUCE🍎
☆Ingredients☆
~3 apples(150)🍎🍎🍎(red ones)
~Cinnamon (5)🌴(powdered)
~Water(0)🌊(boiling)
Optional: Stevia (or any other LOW cal sweetener)
How to:
De-core your apples🍎 then finely dice🔪 the apples into half a centimetre thick cubes and place them into a large pot. Add as much as cinnamon or other spices as you like and stir. Add water💦 to cover the apples then turn on the gas🔥 and cook till nearly all the water has evaporated☁. Stir occasionally. Finally put the apples in a blender and blitz till you get that nice saucy texture.🍜
This recipe is great for when you are craving something sweet and its also 155 cals for the whole thing!😮😍
Y'all if you're tired of drinking ass tasting almond milk or low cal milks, these straws are only 20 cals and make the low cal almond milks and whatever you slap them into taste so much better!!! I used it with my coffee and it was so good

low cal hot chocolate ! - 95 cals
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup boiling water
add cocoa powder and sugar to cup, pour boiling water and stir until dissolved then add milk
✨150 kcal chocolate cake✨
2 egg whites (34 kcal)
15 g flour (51 kcal)
1 g cinnamon (1 kcal)
1 tsb Vanilla extract (6 kcal)
10 g Sugar replacement (14 kcal)
10 g sugar free chocolate powder (38 kcal)
1/2 tsb baking powder/baking soda (1 kcal)
Optional : 1 tbsp zero sugar caramel drizzle (3 kcal)
(10-15 min in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius)
Whip the egg whites then carefully mix inn the other ingredients
(Mine was a little dry but I had it in the oven for a bit too long, but thought I'd share)
55 Calorie Sweet Coffee
OKAY SO This coffee is so good, I have it every morning.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Espresso(as much as you’d like, I typically use 1/2-1/4 cup. I count it as 10 calories.) you can substitute normal coffee if you like.
Walden Farms syrup - I use caramel kind bc its sweet and warm, one of the WF products that I STAND by. Just one tablespoon will do.
Almond Milk- I use a 30 cal/cup Silk almond milk, but you can use whatever kind of alternative milk you like, the calories will vary. This is the lowest calorie option available to me.
OPTIONAL sugarfree chocolate syrup. I put some in my coffee today which added 10 calories so it was 65 cal total. I prefer to omit it, it’s not that good. I’d feel better about using a WF syrup for this.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE WALDEN FARMS: use sweet drops/ flavdrops, usually in the same area of the grocery store as Mio Energy drops or flavored water. You may also find it in the baking section or health food section.
Add your ice, milk of choice and syrup(s). Top with espresso.
My new fave low cal drink for when I need a lil something to stop me from feeling like Im gonna die: Starbucks Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Sweet Foam - 77cals
SCONES RECIPE 🍪~25 calories each (make like 55 scones)
Ingredients: -220 gr flour -50 gr sugar -50 gr butter -150 ml milk/vegetable milk -10 gr baking powder -2 gr salt
How to:
1- Mix all the powders (flour, sugar, powder, salt).
2- Add the softened butter and the milk in the centre of the powders.
3- Knead with your hands and wrap the dough in the pellicle. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4- Stend the dough and create some circle biscuits.
5- Put them in the oven at 220° for 10-15 minutes.
Serve them with some marmalade in it (the number of the calories would amout)🍒.

My cherry limeade recipe! {0cal!}
Ingredients:
❀ 1 can 0cal cherry cola (I use Zevia!)
❀ 2-4tbsp lemon or lime juice
❀ ½ packet 0cal sweetener
❀ 1 drop yellow or orange food coloring (optional!)
Directions:
❀ - Put ice cubes into a cup/pitcher
❀ - Pour in 1-2 tbsp lime juice
❀ - Mix in sweetener and food coloring
❀ - Pour in soda
❀ - Stir and enjoy~! <3
