Frostbite and long nights chapters 11-19
Izuku is left tense after Tokoyami's confrontation. And so utterly exhausted.
Shouto just wants to make sure Midoriya feels better.
Izuku felt so... Conflicted. Shouto is so nice, and he made him feel good, but he shouldn't be doing this. That is a villain.
Shouto has an argument with his brother. Then Midoriya turned him away. He was having a horrible, not good, very bad day.
Shouto couldn't take the rejection, he refuses. He needs Midoriya so much.
Midoriya was so scared. He was so scared. He... Shouto was acting just like him.
Izuku decided to research how to start making a rehabilitation program. He's going to have to call in a few favors.
Shouto is bored now that Midoriya is focused on the research. Did he really have to do that Immediately?
Izuku bid Shouto goodbye. He felt something was wrong though...
He got him and his friends to meet up though, he knew he needed to tell them. He got so lucky they all managed to get off.
Shouto is scared. This was so much. But he can do it. He will do it.

Izuku is very mad at Shouto. He is setting up explicit rules now. Still, Recovery girl and Eraserhead will be dealing with him.
The program will be in action.
Well it would be if the commission wasn't annoying about it.
Izuku was not expecting how Shouto and Touya were after the risk assessment and check up (which Izuku had not been informed she would be doing) she had done to them.
Shouto had never had someone care do much for him. And recovery girl made him realize just how much Midoriya had done for him.
