500ml water
½ cup HCW Pitted Dates
1 large banana
1 tbsp HCW Goji Berries
½ tsp HCW Vanilla Extract
1 tsp honey or HCW , if desired
6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together well.

Ingredients:
1 tsp instant coffee
1/3 cup boiling water
6 drops HCW Stevia Liquid (vanilla flavoured)
2/3 cup milk / milk alternative
2 ice blocks
Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Fill cup with cold milk and ice blocks.
Add Stevia Liquid to taste and mix well.
Stir until ice blocks melted.

6 eggs
250 g HCW Xylitol / Erythritol & Stevia Blend

½ tsp HCW Cinnamon Powder
