Healthy = Happy

Hey there beautiful people! My name is Keri and I'm 27. I started this blog in February 2011.  I got SUPER close to meeting my goal, then I started slipping back into old habits, and kind of went on a hiatus. I'm happy to say I'm back and ready to start the journey back to being healthy! My original goal weight was 130 lbs. I got to 131 lbs and then started slipping back into old habits. I'm around 145 right now.. time to do work! Check you negative comments at the door, please :)

I’m feeling good this week, you guys

I was able to meal prep on Sunday.. I’ve been tracking my food with myfitnesspal, and I feel really good.   I walked yesterday for about 40 minutes with one of my friends.. but I haven’t had time for a good gym sesh.  I feel like either my eating is on point, or my workouts are on point... never both at the same time lol.
