It speaks absolute volume that even if Felice was still mad at Sara (especially after Frederika told her she kissed August again), Sara was still the first person Felice told that she said the truth in the interview. Even if she was mad, she knew that she could trust Sara with that.

That’s one of the things I love about their friendship. Felice was the friend Sara needed, one that loved her as she was, even if it took Sara a long while to realize it. And Sara was the friend Felice needed, one that was honest and earnest, one that listened to her and reassured her that the real Felice was perfect enough.

The way their friendship started again was a really beautiful journey. It showed how they both grew during the year, how they both started loving themselves, and how they were both able to each over that yes with each other’s help, but also by putting the work on their own. Felice did things even if people’s opinion of her would change. Sara learned to make peace with herself. They both learned to love themselves, and in turn were able to find each other again.
