The campus I go to is REALLY slippery with ice when it snows, which has resulted in me slipping and falling a few times. It got me thinking about how Aigis might not fair much better on ice, due to her foot design.

Hadn’t a new set of games just been released…? He could hardly claim to be an avid follower of video game news, but back home, he’d most often seen commercials or heard children chattering about versions ‘Gold’ and ‘Silver’ of the franchise…so what was this ‘Alpha Ruby’?

Maybe…he’d try it…? It had been a few years since he’d picked up a Pokémon game, but—

…

…

Wait. This game cartridge was weird—what kind of system did this run on? It had to be Nintendo, but it only barely resembled the games he was familiar with…

On closer inspection of her living quarters, it appeared day clothing was stocked properly in the drawer near her bed! How considerate of her kidnapper... Thanks to this, she was finally able to travel the facility more comfortably (a.k.a. covered enough so that people weren't constantly pointing at the robot lady).

And, on one of these explorations, she came across a boy fiddling with some sort of small data card. He looked confused, so Aigis decided to walk up to him and lend any help she could.

"This appears to be Pokémon Omega Ruby. The Game Card is made for a Nintendo 3DS system."

Aigis noted the lack of such a system anywhere nearby.

"Do you not own one?"
