Look at this handsome fellow, now! 15 year-old Roscoe almost died of starvation after his owner died away from home. No one knew Roscoe was hiding in the house for almost a month! He barely survived that ordeal only to be taken by animal control, where he would have certainly perished. We weren't going to let that happen!
