I’m baaaaack
1 year post pardum I’m finally getting back.
First day on the new (to me) treadmill
<p>Update. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant with my first child! </p> <p>Eating habits have been hard to keep, I’ve eaten chicken twice and steak once. I can’t stomach any of my usual sources of protein. I do not want cooked vegetables (my favorite). I am doing my best though. Still walking every day! </p> <p>My husband and I are so excited.
Remember how when you were a meat eater you could eat piles of processed junk and no one said a word? But as soon as you went vegan it turned out that everyone had been secretly pursuing a PHD in nutrition this whole time and suddenly started giving a massive shit about your health? Good times.

I've been slack on my posts but I'm still here. Walking everyday (even today 101° ugh) and eating mostly yogurt and fruit for lunch with string cheese and crackers for snack. Only get a 30 min lunch now so that's about all I can grab and go with. Really into Buddah Bowls lately and chickpeas!! Salads and raw veggies because it's too hot to cook. 🙄

6/25 just got done at the track. About to make a smoothie. I weighed in at 175.6 this AM. So goal is 5lbs by July 8.
