muse a and muse b have just started dating. it’s nothing too serious yet, just a few dates here and there and thoroughly enjoying each other’s company. muse a is always coming up with excuses as to why he can’t go to the other’s home or have muse b at his apartment, but muse b just assumes muse a wants to take things slow. muse b is a nurse/doctor at the hospital. one day, they’re working in the emergency room and the paramedics wheel in a crying toddler who took a spill at the park and has a broken arm. but coming in right next to the gurney is none other than muse a, holding the child’s hand. surprise, muse a is a single father and didn’t know how to tell muse b, but surprise, guess who the nurse/doctor is that gets to take care of the small child and their now-shocked father?

i know lots of people get all hot and heavy for the ‘rebel/bad influence who goes after the goody goody/nerd to corrupt them’ but what about the reverse? what if the rebel was the one minding their own business when the goody goody suddenly started approaching them, asking them out, trying to get to know them. constant pestering and cute little quips that leave the rebel flustered (and a little flattered but don’t tell the goody goody shhh).

just picture it. initially people think the rebel is the one giving the goody goody a hard time but instead the rebel’s trying to avoid getting seen with the other a lot bc no you’re too pure and sweet you’re gonna ruin my punk rock image sTOP. but the goody goody just doesn’t care about image or labels they just know that they want the rebel and dammit they’re gonna get the rebel.

          i was scrolling through twitter when i saw THIS tweet and it got me thinking of a plot. so let’s say MUSE A is a huge fan of MUSE B. MUSE A has a fan account on twitter and just like any other fan, is hoping to one day be noticed by MUSE B, but of course MUSE A doesn’t give their hopes up because they know it may never happen. one day MUSE A shows her mother a photo of MUSE B and instantly her mom thinks it’s their boyfriend/girlfriend and is telling MUSE A that they need to invite them over to their house. finding it extremely hilarious MUSE A tweets it out, and the next morning MUSE A wakes up to a dozen of notifications on their phone and soon figures out that MUSE B responded to her tweet saying something along the lines of: “well MUSE A, where’s my invite?” and oh my gosh it’d be so cute?! they could end up talking through the dms and then maybe someday that text conversation with their mom can become a reality and the two of them can finally meet in person? it can be completely platonic or something more. i just think it’d be the cutest thing !!

this has probably been done before but how about a plot where a fan meets a celeb and they take a selfie together. he posts it on instagram and realizes he doesn’t have her sn so he sets the description as ‘ft this pretty face’ and her friends freak out when they see the photo. mind you, she doesn’t have insta so her friends make her make an acc. she does and her friends tag her and he follows her.

they don’t communicate for a long while and then suddenly one day he’s got a free day and he’s going through his feed and he sees a photo of her. he likes it and she believes it was a mistake until he comments on the photo and they finally start to DM but.. he’s in a relationship with another celeb and she tells him that she’s not going to pursue any feelings because he’s taken and he’s all, ‘so you have feelings for me too? ;)’ and the angst and confusion and sneaking around dates once he tells her the relationship with his gf is for pr only.

i really wanna do a plot like there’s a boy band ok and muse a is the gf of one of the guys in the band, but the thing is their relationship is fake, something the managers cooked up for publicity, so they’re not actually dating but they are good friends. Enter muse b, who is another bandmember and then one night muse a & muse b end up spending a lot of time together and find out they have a lot in common. As time goes by, they begin to fall for each other but they can’t just announce to the public that they’re dating for obvious reasons. Also everyone kinda suspects that something is going on between the two. Like she falls down on stage once and muse b is the first one to run to her, really worried and all. Oh and also the managers now want muse a and her bf to constantly kiss in front of the cameras too, how will muse b react?? how long could a relationship that exists only behind closed doors last??

love me, if that’s what you wanna do; everybody loves a famous/non famous au lets be real. muse a is a musician whose a bit of a self-obsessed twat. they love the sound of their own voice, absolutely love being watched and read about etc etc. in walks muse b, an adoring fan of muse a. they offer muse a absolutely everything they love the most; they sit and watch them do the most mundane things in awe, they do absolutely everything they can to make sure muse a is happy, and they don’t even flinch when they see their own name and face being dragged through tabloids. obviously muse a absolutely relishes in this and doesn’t really care who it is watching them… until one day they’re struck with a weird feeling in their gut… they don’t want to be watched anymore. they want to watch muse b. give me drunken nights in hotel rooms before muse a goes on tour. give me distrust. give me angst. give me softness. give me it aLL.

okay but a plot based of lips of an angel ( that song everyone pretends is trash but is a total bop ) by hinder. muse a and muse b were fwb, but after realising that they valued their friendship too much they stopped fooling around. now they’re both in separate relationships and their partners are all kinds of uncomfortable with them still being friends so they start to drift. muse a calls muse b one night after a big fight with their partner and muse b sneaks into the bathroom and has to whisper bc their partner can’t know they’re talking and they talk muse a down from a panic attack. this happens over and over again until one night they’re all at the same bar/club at the same time. muse b gets into a fight with muse a’s partner and muse a is all i don’t know who i’m meant to defend so muse b is all don’t call me the next time he screams at you….. but that night muse b wakes up to a phone call, sees muse a’s name on their phone and doesn’t hesitate to sneak into the bathroom to talk them down again.
