Do you have a little friend that goes places with you? Especially to the scarier places, like Dr appointments? I always have a little pal tagging along. It helps me so much to feel more calm. To my last Dr appointment I took my sweet little Daffodil here 💛 She's so quiet, supportive, and helpful!
