Healthy doesn’t mean to just eat salads. It does not mean forcing yourself to the gym when you’d rather stay at home because you had a bad day. It does not mean never eating snacks. It doesn’t mean torturing yourself. To be healthy means that you think about what’s best for you, now and in the future but also DOING WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY. Never feel the pressure to do anything that doesn’t bring you happiness.

Bullshit, by this logic healthy = happiness, which by definition is not true. Also, it means eating right and exercising through the pains, for long term benefits. Sure there are extremes, which actual mental disorders, and people should be weary of that, but this attitude of mediocrity and complacence is what's wrong with society today. if you want something to change, and if you want to be healthy and increase the potential for happiness through the act of living longer, fucking make sacrifices, and change your lifestyle.

Male kangaroos have huge ass arms because females favor the trait by sexual selection. Coincidentally it serves no practical purpose, and there’s evidence that the “arms race” has actually been a detriment to the species, as the biology responsible for bigger arms actually shortens their lifespans, in addition to encouraging increasingly violent and dangerous behavior that can cause injures or death in their own right. Basically, female kangaroos are incredibly shallow breeding machines and male kangaroos are roid-addled imbeciles.
