La Rochelle Blanc de Noir (sparkling wine made from pinot noir grapes, Santa Lucia Highlands). I'm not a champagne aficionado by any stretch, but this one was perfect for me -- not too dry, not too sweet.
The 2007 Steven Kent Lineage was good (I don't have my tasting notes with me right now, so I can't tell you all the varietals used for this blend).
