Day 8: Creators Choice (Beach Day!) 🌊☀️

Last one! Thank you everyone who liked all of my Shortaki Week posts !! I hope you enjoyed all of them because I worked hard since April trying to work on all of these drawings. You can kinda maybe tell a slight difference in art style improvement in some of the drawings, which I think it’s super cool! It shows me how much I have improved in just a span of 3 months! Since I posted a drawing every day this past week, I will be giving all my accounts on different platforms, including this one, a break from posting and myself a break to figure out what I might want to post/work on next :) again thanks for sticking with me and supporting me! It means a lot! Also thanks to Craig for creating goated characters that I enjoy creating fanart for, allowing me to participate in this event for the first time. Alright, Cya in a few days ✌️

hey!!!! i had to work so much this week so i’m late and catching up but here’s day 2 ~~~sanctuary~~~ i was going to sketch out more of arnold’s room for this one but I think it’s cute and might finish it later ~~ this is my first shortaki week ever thanks for having me.

for inspo for this one i like to think arnold is studying at his desk and she is listening to her ipod and feeling so safe on his bed. she is not going to study don’t even ask

You know, Iv always seen Helga portrayed more like a “devilish” character for her very harsh way of doing things, but honestly, Helga being some sort of guardian angel makes a lot of sense too! She’s always secretly helping and looking after Arnold behind the scenes, she wants him to be happy and sometimes sacrifices the things that she wants for him. Not to mention, she puts on this mean disguise to hide her true self from everyone. Just an observation :)

Totally didn't forget about Shortaki week...hahaha. Pretend I'm on time. But ya, I've never taken part in it until now. I also now realize how difficult it is to draw them. Especially Arnold.

First day of seventh grade! I like to think Arnold’s parents got him a slightly larger hat. Criminy is Helga’s Linkin Park cover band with Harold, Stinky and Sid. Sheena made the shirts. Helga really shouldn’t have that belly button piercing at 13 but Big Bob thought she was much older and Miriam doesn’t remember saying yes. Arnold might get taller this year but probably not.
