hello friends--this is an important notice

heyo all! I am here to thank those of you who have followed me in the past, nearly year since I started this blog. I started posting many months after the actual blog was created, I had accidentally stocked up a shit ton of screenshots. About a month or two after I started posting the really old screenshots and creating what is referred to as my Blue Legacy, I discovered reshade. I also started this blog as a side blog so I am very limited in how I interact with others in the community. I thank all who have followed and ask and encourage you to follow my new simblr, @simminglovely which is no longer a side blog and will use reshade.

Summer: I think you win in terms of fun getting to know each other activity adventures.

River: Although the romance festival was still fun. You were right about the tea.

Summer: Yeah. I guess I was.

Summer: What’s our next adventure?

River: Finishing that project with an A.

Joel: So we’re officially members of the Blue family.

River: I mean technically we always have been, it’s only a name change.

River: But I get what you’re saying. It almost feels like a new era. A new chapter. Anything can happen.

Joel: Calm down, I didn’t mean it like that. Not so fake deep.

River jumped off the fence.

River: Wow. rude. I’d get off the fence so you don’t get yelled at.

*insert poetic caption*

all i can think of is the episode of the office where pam and jim get married, and it’s all the fault of my best friend who also physically fought me to tried to find out what my simblr was.

Cue the wedding bells

River fell back, laying on the stone pathway to look at the stars.

River: So now you know the most interesting thing about me. It gets worse from here.

Summer: I’m positive your self esteem is just shit. You’re more interesting than you think.

Summer layed next to her on the stone, she pulled River closer so she was laying on her.

Summer: I hope you’re not creeped out with how touchy feely I am.

Summer: The most interesting thing about me is that a girl in middle school once stopped talking to me because she thought I was weird for being too affectionate.

River: There’s gotta be something more interesting. A long lost sibling maybe?

Summer: Well I’m adopted so that’s quite possible--I’ll keep you posted on that one.

Summer: Not to like, be nosy or anything but.. Why now? Like why didn’t they get married years ago?

River: Well, their relationship, from what I’ve been told, was super weird for awhile.

River: To make it a long as story short, Joel and I were the result of failure in the pull out method--I’m only half kidding--My mom got pregnant in high school, they were only really fuck buddies so she ghosted him so she wouldn’t ruin his life.

River: Well, he fell in love with her over that time and tried to find where the fuck she’d gone, got into drugs, went to rehab. My grandma found her, they reconnected, he found out we existed and has been committed since.

River: They wanted to wait and make sure they weren’t rushing just for us. It didn’t matter to them whether they were married and it didn’t bother Joel or me so they just didn’t.

Summer: That’s--strangely romantic.
