I have a cold and Sudafed-shaky hands, but I would be remiss if this day passed without observing my favorite fictional royal. Happy Birthday, Prince Henry. You’re the only one on earth worthy of our Alex (who thought you’d appreciate a birthday Cornetto this year). ❤️💙

Ok so apparently the RWRB movie was 3 hours long before the cuts and if we memed and shitposted and fandomed our way into a second season of Good Omens, I ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE we can do the same for that extra hour of content. While it’s sad this will be the last season, I’m really happy they got to finish their story and that we got to experience this masterpiece together. Also remember, a show is never truly over as long as you love it. The impact it had on us will always remain ❤

A sunny afternoon once classes have finished for the day and Wille and Simon walk down to the lakeside, talking and joking together and enjoying the warmth of the sun. As they are sitting by the water Simon suggests they should go swimming sometime and Wille almost scoffs for a second before he gets a mischievous look and starts to take his watch off and put his phone on the ground.

"Wille, what are you doing?"

"I'm going for a swim, are you coming in with me?"

"we don't even have bathers! What if someone's around?"

And Wille falters and pauses mid-way through unbuckling his belt. Simon immediately feels bad that he's triggered Wille's anxiety, that they can never just relax completely and not worry that someone will be watching because they had been proven wrong about that far too early in their relationship.

"You're right Simme, that was... I wasn't thinking properly." And he sinks back down and reaches for his watch, twisting it nervously on his wrist. Simon pulls his hands into his lap and laces their fingers together, brushing his thumbs over Wille's knuckles.

They sit in silence for a minute while Wilhelm calms his nerves with his breath, subconsciously following the gentle rise and fall of his boyfriend's chest.

"One day, we can go swimming at the lake at home. No one would see us, except for maybe Lars the old groundskeeper, and as long as you keep your pants on I'm sure he won't get too excited." And Simon looks up and Wille's biting back a little smile and Simon is so proud of him, recovering so quickly from his little moment and already trying to raise their spirits.

"Well, maybe you should give Lars the day off that day because I'm not sure I could resist making you blush from seeing me swim naked in your childhood lake."

"Simmeeeeee" and Wille pushes his face into the hands in Simon's lap and giggles.

"Yep, I definitely won't be able to resist. I can barely hold myself back right now" Simon says, giggling as he leans down to kiss his Prince's crown.

(they do get that swim eventually, and Lars is absolutely nowhere to be seen.)

Interviewer: “We can already see in episode 1 that he [Wille] is feeling very bad, and he has a panic attack, how was it to do that?”

Edvin: “Those scenes are always very strong, I remember that we made a similar one in season 1. The conversation that we’ve had about the portrayal of mental health issues for Wilhelm is very interesting to me, because we’ve chosen to change direction this season, to show that mental health issues can be there all the time, but in different forms. It’s much more internalized in him this time, he keeps most of it to himself. So it’s a very compressed panic attack, which makes it very tense in a way that's very demanding to portray”
