Okokok one last Rocky post before bed. But I gotta get this one out of my system or I'll never be able to sleep.

So. Rocky initially doesn't understand the concept of a hug, right? HOWEVER. I'm almost certain cuddling is a thing eridians do. The way Rocky leans against the xenonite barrier to slump 'against' Ryland on multiple occasions. The way he slowly shuffles closer to Ryland until they're touching when they're sitting on the beach.

When Ryland goes to sleep in the tunnel that first time, he asks, "Do you have to be so close?" And Rocky responds with something like, "Usually it's closer. Like on your chest."

Hello??? Eridians sleeping and being protected while in cuddle puddles with their friends and families? Baby eridians piling up and forming what look like little piles of rocks except they're all sleeping or keeping watch? I'm losing my mind

Grace becoming the platonic third to Rocky and Adrian’s relationship. Adrian instantly loving grace because he not only saved their planet but he was willing to sacrifice himself to save them all and also Rocky specifically. Rocky going to visit grace and Adrian is already there and they’re swapping embarrassing Rocky stories with grace. (“Adrian is Grace’s new favorite Eridian, question? Grace not need Rocky anymore, question? Grace ABANDON Rocky, question?!”) Rocky and Adrian staying overnight and sleeping in a pile on top of grace. Adrian at the end of the movie working on tweaking grace’s biodome so he’s as comfortable as possible
