Introduction

Hi ! I'm HelloIWriteStuff ! Also known as Hey_I_Write_Things on Ao3.

I decided to promote my stories on Tumblr, though I will continue to publish on Archive of Our Own !

I already started writing an original story called:

Dark and Light: Alexis Grace gets sent to Dark and Light University to keep the peace between 'mythological creatures' and humans though everyone was shocked when such a sweet and timid human girl has been chosen by The Orb to be in The Dark Division For Monsters and not The Light Division For Fantastical Beings where humans usually end up in, the last and only human who was sent there before… suffered a terrible and much deserved fate.

The sound of the heart monitor echoed around the batcave, an underground base for the fearsome dark knight to survey Gotham and store his tech, but among the weapons and high tech gear in the room, what the vigilante in question was focused on the most was the hospital bed, more specifically the child that laid in it.

"Her vitals are stable, master Bruce, but her burns are quite severe"

A grunt escaped Bruce’s lips, he knows that, but he can’t help but feel worried about the kid, a foreigner who lost her parents and her brother to unknown aggressors, went missing for four years only to reappear in the middle of a mysterious explosion in the Bowery.

He hates that he couldn’t do anything about it at the time, that he couldn’t prevent everything that ruined that little girl’s life, he couldn’t save her parents, he couldn’t bring the culprits to justice.

Isn’t this why he put on the cowl ? To make sure that no other children ever have to see their parents die ?

Suddenly quick footsteps interrupted his dangerous train of thought.

"Master Timothy, have you forgotten that you’re on bed rest ?"

The butler’s voice wasn’t particularly sinister, but it carried an authority that always automatically put Bruce on edge, ever since he was a child, and he knew that the boy felt the same.

Indeed, Tim’s shoulders had tensed, his expression almost sheepish as he walked towards the med bay.

"I’m fine, Alfred, my limbs barely hurt anymore"

An obvious lie, both Bruce and Alfred knew that one, especially not an early teenager, doesn’t simply recover from getting slammed into a concrete wall by Bane in two days, but Tim’s focus was on the stranger in the hospital bed.

"Why is he here ?"

"That’s a girl", Bruce grumbled. 

"Oh, why is she here ?"

Without a word, Bruce turned around to walk to the bat computer, immediately multiple files appeared on the screen, he clicked on one specific file and typed the password for it.

Pictures and documents were displayed on the giant screen, a picture of a man with black hair and dark green eyes, a woman with chestnut hair and cognac brown eyes, an infant that clearly had trouble keeping his eyes open during the picture, and finally, a little girl, with curly brown hair and olive green eyes, almost identical to the unconscious child laying on the bed.

There were also pictures of passports, birth certificates, visas, death certificates and missing persons reports.

It didn’t take long for Tim Drake to realise what Bruce was trying to tell him.

"THAT’S THE GIRL FROM THE BENSAÏD CASE- ow"

Robin was quickly silenced by Alfred’s gloved hand pulling briefly on his ear, the young boy rubbed it as the butler scolded him:

"How could you yell when an injured young child is resting, master Timothy ?"

"Sorry Alfred…"

The corners of Bruce’s lips twitched for a moment, as if he almost allowed himself to be amused by the young boy’s never ending curiosity when it comes to unresolved cases.

But this isn’t a laughing matter, a young foreign child who has been missing for years suddenly reappeared.

Where was she all these years ?

Where is her brother ?

What happened to either of them during that time ?

Why was she near a mysterious explosion in the Bowery ?

Why are they just finding her now ?

The "Bruce Wayne gave birth to all the Robins" joke but it’s with my OC

There’s some bits of lore for my fanfic in this so if you feel confused you can ask me about Waliya’s lore and her relationship with the Wayne’s and I’ll gladly answer without spoiling too much.

TW warnings: Mpreg mentions (cause that’s the whole joke), Under The Red Hood!Jason, please don’t read if any of these makes you feel uncomfortable.

Nine year old, freshly adopted Waliya Bensaïd is just watching Sofia The First, cross legged on the sofa because Alfred isn’t here to tell her to fix her posture, watching Amber singing Bigger is Better with rapt fascination.

Fourteen years old Tim Drake walks in, he’s still awkward about having a new sister but he also doesn’t want to leave her alone all the time because the last time they did she started eating grass, (and also maybe because they still have no idea of how she disappeared four years ago after the death of her parents and still don’t know where she’s been before Bruce found her and the curiosity is devouring him) so he quietly sits on the couch next to her, not really watching the TV, just looking.

Waliya immediately uncrossed her legs and sat up straight, she flashed her brightest, diabetes inducing smile.

Waliya: Good morning Tim !

Tim just blinks, visible eye bags under his eyes: Hi…

Waliya: How is mister Wayne ? He looked really in pain last night

Tim froze, oh, oh no, Bruce got absolutely mauled by Bane yesterday so he came back with a limp, but Waliya doesn’t know he’s Batman, what if she asks questions ? Is she already figuring it out ? What does he do ??? What does he say ???

Tim:…Yeah, he’s pregnant 

Waliya:…

Tim:…

Waliya:… Is it his first pregnancy ?

Tim: ???

Also Tim: No, he gave birth to both me and Dick before… Jason too

Waliya:… Ah

Waliya already knew what pregnancies were and the minimum of how they worked because her mom had just given birth to her little brother before the incident, she was a very curious kid so she would ask a lot of questions and her biological parents were happy to answer as simply and easy to understand as they could.

Waliya then started being a lot more careful with Bruce, much to his confusion.

Waliya pulls Bruce’s chair to let him sit at the dining table: There, is it okay ?

Bruce does a confused nod before sitting down.

Dick, who just came to visit from Blüdhaven, grinned, Tim already told him about the misunderstanding in a very panicked phone call:…What a sweet kid, helping out old pregnant men

Bruce slowly turned to Dick, disturbed.

Tim banged his head against the table and made a sound between crying and laughing, who knows maybe both.

Alfred… nodded in approval, it’s the intention that counts.

A twelve years old Cassandra didn’t show as much emotion, but her amused huff gave away how entertaining this misunderstanding was to her.

She reached over the top of the younger girl’s head and patted it gently, feeling the curls caress her fingers.

And Waliya, being the polite girl she is, sat on her chair (she claimed it, there’s a heart sticker on it, it’s HER chair) and bit back a delighted smile, genuinely proud of herself.

Eleven years old Waliya sighed sorrowfully as she added a teaspoon of honey to her cup of milk, stirring it slowly: I just… feel so bad for Bruce, Helmet Man

Helmet Man/Red Hood/Jason Todd/ Recently Brought Back To Life Vengeful Crime Lord Pretending To Be Waliya’s Imaginary Friend For Info But Is Also Kinda Enjoying Himself:… Yeah ?

Waliya passes the cup of milk over to the man, which he accepts gladly but doesn’t drink because he doesn’t want her to see his face.

Waliya: He’s just… been very tired lately, and he barely has time for PTA stuff, more than usual… and… I think I know why

Jason almost dropped the untouched cup, his heart monitor started sending warning signals, but he didn’t pay them any mind, does… does she know ? Did she figure out that Bruce Wayne was Batm-

"I think that the labour didn’t end well…"

Silence falls over the barely lit kitchen.

The Red Hood’s disembodied voice could barely hide the pure confusion he was feeling:… What ???

Waliya nodded, she looked as serious as a concerned relative when they know that their loved one is in a tragic crisis: Think about it ! He was pregnant two years ago and still no baby ! Maybe the baby got kidnapped by a supervillain, or a secret organisation or-

But the larger man was barely listening to her, all that went through his head were all the times his so called "big brother" tried to make Jason believe that Bruce was his real mom to mess with him, and he tricked this intruder too apparently, did his replacement fall for it too ?

A few years later, fourteen years old Waliya stared down at a stoic faced ten year old Damian Wayne, the younger boy was looking at her with disinterest, like she wasn’t worth his time.

Bruce’s eyes turned to one after the other, dread creeping up his stomach, he just introduced Damian to Waliya as "her new brother", he expected her to grin and strangle him in one of her ever loving hugs like she did with Jason and Stephanie, but she’s just… staring at him, that’s unlike her.

Before he would voice out his concern, the now second youngest blurted out: Oh so that’s where they went !

December 28th, XXXX

Omar Bensaïd, a Tunisian economics manager died with his wife, Samia Bensaïd in Gotham, as he had a work trip there and decided to bring his family along in fear of leaving his wife and daughter alone to take care of his newborn son, it turns out that it might have been the greatest mistake in his life, because in an alley in Chinatown, the couple was found dead by a merchant who worked there, police still didn’t find any lead on who the murderer was, but it is certain that it wasn’t done by only one person, meanwhile, five years old Waliya Bensaïd and ten months old Ilyas Bensaïd were nowhere to be found.

Until that day, four years later.

Batman jumped building to building to get to the Bowery, an explosion apparently occurred out of nowhere, destroying multiple buildings, firefighters and police are on their way, Tim’s on bed rest and under Alfred’s surveillance so he won’t be able to sneak out to patrol anyway.

Then he spots something in his peripheral vision, or someone…

The Batman’s shadow looms over the child’s body, he knelt down to inspect her. She was unconscious, there were burns on her body, she must have been near the explosion.

Then he saw her face, blue eyes widened in recognition under his cowl, she looked like the girl who went missing four years ago, he’ll have to check her family’s case files to be sure.

The child’s parents died in an alley, the murderers were never found, maybe she watched it happen, maybe she saw her life shatter in front of her very eyes on a random night during what she thought would be a normal vacation, maybe she clung to her baby sibling for dear life the whole time.

"Alfred, prepare the medical bay, we have a guest"

I'm back ! For now...

Hi ! I don't know if any of you read my story Dark and Light, if that's the case, thanks for sticking around.

I haven't had the time to write much because of college stuff, but I'm going to try to find the time to write.

I know that my story hasn't received much attention, and I can understand why, I'm still a beginner, but nevermind that fact it makes me feel good to actually write my ideas and hyperfixations and show them for the world to see, so I'm content.
