I made printable workout tracker you can use to track your workouts everyday. Just print on a letter size card paper and you're set!

Let's continue: Fitjourn Volume No. 2
The past 4 months have been great, work wise but unmanaged health routine but because my job then made me physically active, it didn't matter and I still was able to maintain/lose weight. 3 months prior that wasn't great work wise but I was able to start on my Fitjourn Volume No. 1 and learned a lot about myself. Now I'm entering a new chapter in my life and I don't want to lose any progress I've made considering this new chapter would render me sedentary again. So we gotta manage this and move move move. Not just physically but mentally, emotionally, spiritually and geographically as well :D
Each day now will start with a bottle of water and 20-30 minutes yoga. And that's before breakfast.
This is me after 3 months of inconsistent workouts due to effed up work scheds and transitions. Could've been worse :D A long way to go still but progress is always good! See you next time I get some time off! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year too!
So many major shit has happened the past month. But one of the highlights is this ONE MONTH old cough. I was getting better last week with a few phlegm here and there but now I'm back to coughing like a donkey with this incessant itchy throat! Gaaah! Gonna have to take antibiotics now and that won't be pretty T-T
Fitjourn no. 40-41
Friday: Nada. After cleaning my comp's heatsink last night, stuff seemed to slow down big time. Haven't had sleep and my cough has gotten a lot worse which now pushes my recovery time longer for my blood test and that made my mum pissed and that made me all the more pissed so I just went to bed praying my computer will just fix itself.
Saturday: Yuck day during training. Went home straight away only to learn that the planets have aligned for me to be in the exact place and time. I was walking towards the shuttle and as I paid the conductor I heard the driver ask for change from the cash register because of this old guy. I went in straight the shuttle but eyed the driver and saw him talking to this old man. In a heartbeat I stepped out of the shuttle and gave him everything I had left, a mere dollar and fifty cents which I was saving for my next training day. Then I bid him farewell, so did the driver and I went back in thinking what else could I have done. I was kinda thinking getting the other passengers to help out as well but by the time I've made up my mind, the old guy was gone but not long before the driver went back to him and gave him more change. I do pray the old guy has reached home now. It definitely breaks my heart to meet people like the old guy but the driver is definitely the hero here. Not even me. He had way less than me yet he still had all the willingness to help him out.
Oh yea got home, got more sick so just decided to rest early as I do have today as a break and church day :)
