shoutout to my lovely mum for making me lunch (I have no clue how many calories I just consumed and its driving me crazy)
it would be so much easier to st⭐️rve if i wasn’t at work every single day, like dizziness and zoning out is not what I want when I’m trying to actually get shit done

( an absurd amount of calories spent on dinner, I was with friends and they always make sure we have the same amount of food which is very sweet but makes it very tricky to eat less; we’d just been for a hike together as well so I couldn’t really use the not hungry excuse. Seeing them again tmmr so I expect to have a high intake then too 😃🔫
in other news I’m loving using my fitbit to track steps and calories burnt - I was worried the calorie counter wouldn’t be very accurate but apparently if anything it underestimates how many you burn as it only counts ‘active’ cals (burnt during exercise). Got over 18000 steps in today which is crazy high for me, the warmer weather is actually such a help!! )
Also just got back from a 3 mile walk and I’m not even hungry! Life truly is full of blessings 🪽
Okay so I tried an iced white americano at costa (bc its only like 30smth cal) but sadly it was pretty bunz 😔 looks like I’ll be sticking with iced lattes

Not bad at all but could’ve been better - was having an awful time at work which is why I had that kitkat for lunch. I’m super proud of myself for not binging this evening - I watered the soup down to make it go further but it was pretty rank :/ luckily this made me feel kinda sick and probably helped me to not binge! No work tomorrow so I’m hoping to keep the intake wayyyy down, although I’m getting dinner with friends so I might have to fast til then to do so! ❤️
I’m gonna post a rundown of my intake today which will hopefully stop me from wanting to binge in the evening bc yay accountability!!!
