I spy with my little eye~
Blushing a little the summoner cupped her own cheeks and smiled a little at the flattery, it wasnât a new concept as Edge was always trying to win her affections though with Belial? It was almost like an entirely different experience together. Hearing the charms in her hair cling together as a breeze took her hair and moved it in a slow dance, Rydia then looked back to the one keeping her company under the tree.
âI promise~ Iâll always smile. I have to or else, the people here might lose a little hope. This place is dark, this island of Lumen and I know itâs stirring everyone so I will always smile that.. and well.. I have no reason not to~â
Home, about the place she came from. It bought back memories of the small village she had once resided in, called home til Baronâs knights had come to destroy it, un beknown to them of course but it still weighed on her heart a little.
With her head looking down to the grass, Rydia began to speak of the homes she had.
âWell, I guess I was born into a small village called âThe village of the Mistâ. It was such a peaceful place and everyone could summon Eidolons.. we were all so happy..â
Smiling she gave a small laugh to hide the pain and did so quite well before continuing on with her story.
âI moved away from my village and traveled a little bit before Leviathan took my to the Feymarch. That is my home. It is a realm where Eidolonâs, magic and those chosen by the king and queen can live in peace. Humanâs donât live there often for you see time flows so very differently there so the training you undergo can be quite harsh. In the end though? It is so very worth it~â
"One is ever so glad to hear it. The smile of a beautiful girl can light up the darkest places, one has seen it occur on many occasions. It is sad to see such a light fade from the world~" she chuckled and reached out, gently stroking a nail down the summoner's cheek. "One will aim to make sure nothing harms that smile~"Â
The hatter let her hand drop and listened intently to Rydia's words, deciding from them that the girl was definitely not from the home she knew. For the human world did not know such power. It intrigued her, and she rather wished that she could see it, but she also did not fail to notice the pain as Rydia spoke of her home. Pain was something she was good at picking up on, it was always a useful tool when it came to manipulating those she needed to do what she wanted. However it was not the case with Rydia.Â
"It sounds truly fascinating~ one wishes one could see it. Though one does believe we are trapped very nicely in this place for now. Home seems very far away.." She glanced to the side."Something not so pleasant happened to you princess... one can tell from the tone, it is so very sad to hear such a thing in your voice. Is there something one can do to ease what you are feeling?" she smiled leaning across to cup gently at the woman's cheek. "So one can make sure that smile stays radiant and shinning~"
