I like so much the koalas <3
How can anybody not like Koalas?!
In honor of the launch of our new online exhibit āAround the World with the Roosevelts,ā this week we will be highlighting trips from across the globe and the 8 sections of the exhibit. Our first stop is in Australia.
In 1943, Eleanor Roosevelt undertook a 25,000 mile trip to the South Pacific as a representative of the Red Cross. You can see more about her trip here:Ā http://tinyurl.com/n4bw3lg

Thank you for this beautiful submission! <3
I absolutely love koalas, I didn't get to hold one but I touched one and nearly cried I was so happy. I'm Australian by the way; I was more excited than the Canadian tourist I was accompanying. I'm pretty sure they don't exist in WA though so I've never seen one in the wild or anything. Thanks for this blog, it's the best :)
ohmygoodness. I just imagine you allĀ āMOVE OVER CANADIANS, ITāS MY BIRTH RIGHT TO SEE A KOALA.āĀ
As far as I understand theyāre native to Eastern Australia.Ā
But thank you <3Ā
