In the midst of this miserable situation, my heart aches for my son Nasser, who is 4 years old. My child, Nasser, was born without a thyroid gland, and doctors discovered this late, which negatively affected his mental and physical development. Before the war he was receiving treatment in private rehabilitation centers, and now he is in poor condition without care or even the minimum requirements of life, such as food, clean water, milk and pampers.💔💔💔
We have lost everything beautiful in this life. We have lost our beautiful home, our shop, our family members, and our source of livelihood. We are now in a very bad situation, without a source of income, unable to provide the minimum basic necessities of life for our children in light of the war situation and the high prices.😔

We lack the means to provide him with medical treatment and the most basic necessities, such as diapers and milk. Urgent medical care is imperative, but our current circumstances are beyond our reach. I cannot provide treatment nor buy Pampers, which are now priced at $70.💔💔
My family, including my husband, three kids, and I once led a content and joyous life in the North of Gaza. However, the onset of war-shattered our dreams, our home, and our means of sustenance. Today, we find ourselves with nothing but the fragments of what was once our life.😭😭💔💔💔
My husband, Rami, works as a home electrician. He moved away from us for 3 years so that he could raise the money necessary to build a beautiful house for our family and to open a shop that would be a source of livelihood for our family. But the war destroyed our house and our shop, it destroyed everything beautiful. We became without a home or a source of livelihood.💔💔😭😭
Allow me to share with you the stark reality we face. With the outbreak of conflict, we sought refuge in the south, settling in Deer Albalah, clinging to the hope of safety until the storm of war abated. Yet, our reality is now a tent in a refugee camp devoid of basic amenities. Our living space is confined, lacking toilets, kitchens, and even access to clean water and electricity. For full year, we've endured the harshness of our circumstances, battling not only the physical challenges but also the pervasive illnesses that haunt the refugee camp. All these conditions directly affected my son Nasser's health for the worst. It breaks my heart to see my child suffering and needing medical aid while I have nothing I can do.😭😭💔💔💔

My child is 4 years old For years, to this day, he does not speak and still uses pampers We were monitoring his condition in specialized centers before the war Things were better, and now, after 405 days of war, suffering, displacement and high cost of living, we have lost our home and our source of income We are unable to help ourselves and our children I am in the midst of a fierce battle with war conditions and the indescribable high cost of living to provide food, medicine, and care for my children I appeal to everyone in good conscience to help my family by donating or participating.

The cost of living in an active warzone is, unsurprisingly, pretty high.
It costs several thousand to cross over to Egypt, for instance, and that's when the crossing is even open. Basic survival in the meantime is expensive.
A family with three kids, one suffering from hypothyroidism, trying to get out? £14000. Getting medical treatment? £2000. It's expensive! Even providing food and medicine, basic necessities while working on getting out in the long term, is expensive.
But it's completely possible with good crowdfunding.
Lubna Albjrami is raising funds, firstly to help with daily expenses, and secondly to help her family get to Egypt and get healthcare for her son. The family is currently unable to afford food and medicine due to price gouging and a lack of income due to the war in Gaza. You can read her story here, and donate here.
