I have discovered the secret to eating more protein and yes, it's yogurt, but--!
You take your yogurt and you put it on top of a dessert and you mix it up and it's delicious.
Carrot cake yogurt? Fuck yeah. I was gonna eat the cake anyway, but now it has extra protein and it'll fill me up longer.
Cookies and yogurt? Uhhh, heck yea. That's just a poor blorbo's cookies and cream ice cream but healthy.
Do it. Eat the treat AND feel good about protein goals.
