I thought about this ask all day while at work, and in no way are you in bad form for saying any of this. If anything I have found some sort of comfort from this.

Little over two months ago now I received a phone call at work, the kind of call I wish on no one.

The details on how the fire started are still fuzzy. My roommate manage to get two out of our six animals at the time out of the house and tried to go back in for the others. She got badly burned.

We spent the next 72 hours worried out of our damn mind about the other four. Only to be told a week after the fact that they didn't make it out.

I took a month off from and she's going back on the 19th of October.

I quiet working at Tim hortons less then a week of being back after my boss took me outside and told me people where sick and tired of me sitting around and doing nothing...

I am now working at one of my towns local grocery store! And I cannot remember the last time I felt this appreciate in my work!

It's a slow process to get back stuff I lost, but it's getting there.

SO!! 

Here is the thing, 

Half way through last year I lost all my work right? Went through and tried to recover and get back as much as I could but could not get it back.Discouraged me for sure, but it don’t take much.

AND JUST AS IM GETTING READY TO GET BACK INTO WRITING AGAIN!!!!!

I lost my home, my stuff, and three of my furbabies to a house fire. 

It was a fight with the landlord on its own just to get my dogs body out to get her cremated, and no one is telling me anything on my three cats, so my hope is not high on that scale.

My roommate and myself did find a new place, and are finally starting to settle.
