31 Days of Witchcraft for the Witchling
This is a list aimed toward new witches that aren’t sure where to begin. It can be knocked out all at once or a little each day. It was designed so that you start at the top and work your way down, but the list doesn’t have to be completed in order. It’s more of a guideline than anything. c:
Open and Closed Practices: Not every practice is open for just anyone to use. Smudging, for example, is a closed ritual used by Native Americans. That being said, it’s still good to learn about things from closed practices.
The tools of a witch: The basic tools (Altar, athame, besom, chalice, pentacle, cauldron, wand, grimoire, incense), and tools that you might like to use in your personal practice.

Warding and Shielding: What they are, how they are different or similar, how to cast, and how to use them.
Banishing: What is it and how to do it.
Meditation: What it is and how to do it.
Protection Oil: What it is and how to make it.
Everyday Magyk: There are things that can be done every day to bring magyk into your life, from the way you stir your coffee, to applying makeup, to charming jewelry.
Magykal Timing: Timing can make spells more powerful.
The Elements: Their correspondences.
Moon Phases: Their correspondences.
The Days of the Week: Their correspondences.
Colors: Their correspondences.
Candle Magyk: Candles aren’t only used for the color of the wax it’s made of. The way the flame moves, it’s color, how tall it is, etc, are all a part of candle magyk.
Types of Magykal Water: How to make them and how to use them. Some types of water include moon water, sun water, rain water, river water, etc.
Herbs: The most commonly used herbs in witchcraft, their correspondences, and what they might be used for.
Crystals: The most commonly used crystals in witchcraft, their correspondences, and what they might be used for.
Sigils: What are they, how to use them, and how to make them.

Divination: Different forms of divination and how to use them.
Familiars: What they are, how to find one, the differences between animal familiars and spirit familiars.
The Sabbats: What they are, their correspondences, and how to celebrate them.
Curses, Hexes, and Jinxes: Their similarities and differences and the moral argument against them.
Love Spells: The moral argument against them.
Spells and Rituals: How they are similar and different and how to write your own spells.
Shadow Work: What it is and how to do it.
