the GRIP that sam taylor clearly has on aaron is sickening. they have been together since he was 18. she was his boss when he was 17. sam insists that aaron made the first move, acting as if she was powerless to an 18 year old underling. and when you look at the timeline of them meeting, to her divorce and when they get engaged and how they say they got “engaged one year of the minute of dating” you see how the relationship was premeditated by not aaron, but SAM, who clearly left her husband for him. aaron has literally talked abt his extreme separation anxiety, saying the longest they have been separated since starting their relationship was three days and they were “the worst days of his entire life”. he had his first child with her at 20, she was 43. he doesn’t have social media, she completely controls the narrative of their relationship. the whole thing just makes me sick to my stomach. absolutely so sick. i hope aaron realizes what she’s done to him one day, and i hope he GETS OUT and is able to heal.

Ok the amount of times I let this bother me PER DAY is like…ridiculous. It is SUCH a deeply disturbing situation. How absolutely clear as day it is, how many people throughout his life who have stood by silently.

It’s so apparent not on out by HER absurdly controlling and overwhelming behavior (I could vomit), but also by his own blind insistence upon how much he loves her, needs her, how much she loves him, and how she “saved” him. Brainwashing at its finest.

Unfortunately having children of his own with her complicated things immensely (he was a CHILD), but hopefully he has at least begun to recognize what has happened to him, and can regain some of his freedom and individuality some day soon.
