Spinnerellla says she’s really fat, which in our society is usually something people say as an insult or to be self deprecating. Netossa tells her girlfriend that she isn’t fat, that she’s beautiful, because Netossa assumed that Spinnerella was being self deprecating about her appearance and she wanted to comfort her girlfriend. Spinnerella says thank you, but establishes that she is fat which is a seperate thing from ugliness.
