The Legendary Pancake Cantrip
Context: You would think a Tabaxi would be the one to cause the most mischief as a chaotic good. Nope. That role goes to our Tiefling who is a chaotic we’re-not-even-sure. TF is Tiefling, EW is elven wizard, TB is Tabaxi. DM is obvious, lol.
DM: Okay, the party wakes up in the tavern. What do you want for breakfast?
DM: They don’t know how to make that.
TF: I go to make it myself.
DM: Roll for making pancakes…?
DM: … They’re the best damn pancakes this world has seen.
TF (ooc): *laughing* Can I make a cantrip out of this?
DM: There’s no way I’m letting you have a pancake cantrip.
–Later, party continues the joke about a legendary pancake cantrip. We venture to another town days later. Yet again we find ourselves in a tavern to rest.
TF: *props arm on the bar* Bartender, by chance have you heard of a legendary pancake cantrip?
DM: *muttering* *rolls nat100, nat20* *sighs*
NPC: Indeed! It is located in a lost temple upon the mountains of the far north!
–Later, again. Party splits for a bit. Tiefling finds the cantrip, returns to the wizard and begs her to teach him the scroll. She learns it, successfully teaches him… but the story doesn’t stop here.
The party finds themselves caught in alternate dimensional mirrors enchanted by a godly magic. The elven wizard meets her male genderbent self and requested for the two of them to exchange spells.
Note: Ray of Frost becomes Ray of Flames, etc.
She got the Legendary Waffle Cantrip.
