ll That's Left is Potatoes and Leeks Soup from "Candlemas" by Amber K & Azrrael Arynn K
In a large pot melt 2 Tbs butter Add, and warm, stir constantly 2 cups of potato slices (1/4 inch thick) browning in frying pan Add 3 cups stock (of your choice), salt and pepper to taste and 6 sliced and cleaned leeks Simmer for 15 minutes then reduce heat. Add 1/2 cup warmed heavy cream Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
