Worrying is stupid. its like walking outside with an umbrella waiting for it to rain...

Just because it isn’t happening right now doesn’t mean it never will
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.
From Steve Jobs’s commencement speech to the graduates of Stanford, delivered June 12, 2005.
R.I.P., Steve. I can’t imagine a world without Apple.

Thoughts on Life
Life is like driving a car. You, the driver, are in complete control choosing both the route and the destination. If you don't like the route you are on pull over, think about the route you want to take and simply turn the wheel. A ship sails the direction its rudder is pointed, the current and waves may push it off course from time to time but the captain will always regain control. Life is like the sun. Yes, there are times you are down and in darkness, but you will rise again brining life, light and happiness. Things are never as bad as they may seem. Never compare your life to someone else's. We are all on different journeys. To compare your life to someone else's is to compare a walk to the shops to climbing Mount Everest. You are in control of your life. Be the one to ask questions, message first and speak out. If you have nothing to lose you have everything to gain
We look up at the same stars, and see such different things.

Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

What do you value most? Some one I love.

Happy is more than Weight
I used to be fat and I used to get bullied about it. I used to pinch at my fat and wish it would just go away. Eventually I realised that I had to change what I didn’t like and I went on a weight loss regime that saw me lose all the excess weight.
This didn’t fix my life, I still have down days. There is more to life than image and people value us on what we can give. Happiness, love, a smile. These are all more important than what you look like and what you weigh.
The body is a vessel for the soul and the soul is all that matters
Thought of the Day #1
The sun doesn’t shine everyday and it’s ok to feel down sometimes. Everyone has bad days, just remember that a bad day, week, month even year doesn’t mean a bad life. A few good moments outweighs all the bad ones
Those who set their minds in harmony become free from the bonds of death
The Dhammapada (Verse 37)
Never surrender to carelessness; never sink into weak pleasures and lust. Those who are watchful, in deep contemplation, reach in the end the joy supreme
The Dhammapada (Verse 27)
Those who think the unreal is, and the Real is not, they shall never reach the Truth, lost in the path of wrong thought
The Dhammapada (Verse 11)
For hate is not conquered by hate: hate is conquered by love. This is a law eternal
The Dhammapada (Verse 5)
