I gotta say lots of warriors tumblr seems to absolutely despise the series which is why I’m not super active on here outside of my own niche I’ve carved. I can’t imagine it’s great for someone to be so aggressively engaging with something they clearly can’t stand. Like find something you love instead and stop making this space miserable for everyone else yk?
yeahhh absolutely. and im def not saying the books are above criticism--absolutely not, and lord knows ive done my fair share of that--but we all know those accounts who just post rant after sneering rant about the same tired topics and idk. i just cant imagine its fun for them or anyone else. and i also sort of feel bad every time i complain about it because im aware that then i become the one dwelling on negativity but god sometimes its so frustrating... and hopefully i balance it out with my many other more positive posts lol
i wish there was some sort of selective mute button so i could still see people's cool warriors art without having to read their twenty edgy bad faith ramblings about how much they hate warrior cats everyday on my dash

hi! a little random, but have you ever made full designs of the less talked about dark forest warriors (like redwillow, silverhawk, stumpytail or houndleap)? very unrelated but I love how you draw warriors characters... the feline proportions and attributes are splendid, and what really fascinated me is how you can tell exactly how the cat in question is feeling by their expressions. we seriously need more artists that unify real feline looks and emotional expression (since with most artists it's just predominantly one or the other). again, i love your art, bowie! <3

What's your opinion on Brambleclaw? Sometimes I feel like I'm the only warriors fan who genuinely likes him, cause I see so much hate for him. Granted, I haven't read past OOTS yet, but so far nothing has made me truly dislike him...
i like bramble a lot but i understand why people dont. he's written inconsistently so people who prefer to view one version of him as canon will disagree with the people who view the other version as canon, as is honestly the case with many warriors characters. i think he has a lot of wasted potential but again that's pretty par for the course
