PRZEPIS

Naleśniki proteinowe 28g białka całość 200kcal !

Potrzebujecie:

• 2 jajka (białka) - 2x17kcal

• puding proteinowy (ja miałam kawowy go active ale możecie zrobić na innych) - 164kcal

• szczypta soli

• 1/3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Jak zrobić:

Do białek dodajecie sól i ubijacie na wmiare sztywną piane. Dodajecie proszek do pieczenia i 2/3 pudingu. (Tak 2/3 nie cały, wtedy białko jaja skleji wam ciasto w naleśnik i sie nie rozpłynie. Pozostałą część pudingu wykorzystajcie jako dodatek do smarowania). Mieszacie wszystko razem i nagrzewacie patelnie. Jak będzie gorąca to wlewacie ciasto. (Jak dacie olej dodajcie sobie kalorie, ja nie dawałam)

Mi wyszło ok. 20 sztuk (część była mniejsza część wieksza) - ze smarowidłem ok. 10kcal na jeden.

Nie powiem całkiem sporo tego wyszło.
