*gets asked about my future*
So i almost hit a kid with my car. I was driving through a mall parking lot and I guess the nearby school had just let out. Anyways this kid darts in front of my car and i slam on my breaks. And he dabs. This fucking kids automatic response to almost getting hit by my car was to just fucking dab. His last moments would have been a sick ass dab. It was an out of body experience.
This is Gen Z culture
The thing I hate most about depression is that it tricks you into thinking you donât have depression. It makes you think that nothing is wrong with you, that you just feel this way because you lack value as a person. Whether thatâs in your relationships, your academics, or a view of yourself, it makes you think you arenât good enough for any of that.
âItâs not the illness,â it says, âYou feel this way because itâs who you are.â
âMental illness is like fighting a war where the enemyâs strategy is to convince you that the war isnât actually happening.â
Me: I canât get out of bed today, what is wrong with me. Iâm so lazy and terrible and I am a huge flake and there has got to be something wrong with me. My brain: There is no war in Ba Sing Se.
you know these moments when a friend just casually says something that validates your friendship, like just refers to something as âour placeâ or âour thingâ and suddenly your heart is auditioning for Cirque du Soleil and days later youâre still thinking about it
god today i IDâd an old dude buyin booze and he pulled out a fake ID with an elvis pic, then laughed and pulled out a matching one but with curly from three stooges on it, and im like okay please and he finally pulled out his real license and his legal name was steve sinner
that was the devil
I want to make you happy and kiss you a lot.
i donât understand the point of having sad endings in fanfiction??? like, if i wanted to cry about tragedies in life iâd do some mcfreaking self reflecting insteadÂ
even if my titties arenât physically out, theyâre spiritually out, and thatâs what matters
Out of all the 1d lies the âweâre going on a lads holidayâ is the one that hurts the most
friend: i love to read!
me: me too!!
friend: oh really? what do you like reading? :)
me:
lesbians! talk to your crush!
honestly tho like this is valid advice bc even if sheâs straight or not into you, just talking (not necessarily flirting) will just make it easier the next time you crush on someone. even if this crush doesnât work out youâll have experience and youâll feel more comfortable and confident (not to mention your current crush can also become a new friend if they arenât one already). the only way youâre going to learn to communicate effectively is if you start communicating
wow this is like genuinely very encouraging thank you
hey no problem! i know how hard it is but itâs worth it
The worst trick a childhood anxiety disorder pulls is, you spend your early years being applauded for being so much more mature than your peers, because you arenât disruptive, you donât want any kind of attention, you donât express yourself, you keep yourself to yourself - this makes you a pleasure to have in class, etc etc - and you start to believe itâs virtue. But youâre actually way behind your peers in normal social development, and who knows if you can ever catch up.
Never heard a truer thing in my life.
holy shit wait you mean being just morbidly terrified of doing anything wrong ISNâT necessarily the same as being âwell behaved?!â
Convenient children =/= healthy children
Convenient children do not equal healthy children

TEACHER: The answer to question 1 is D!

remember when lol meant âlaughing out loudâ instead of âthis is to indicate that this brief text isnât hostileâ
