In Sasha's Owl House verse she'd definitely work for the emperor, but the matter of who was manipulating who would be up for debate. I feel like since magic is such a big deal there she'd also manage to get a witches wool cloak and a sword built to repel magic attacks, but definitely she'd work for Belos.
