How do you draw so well? And what app do you use if you use one?

Practice my friend, lots and lots of practice :)

To draw I use photoshop and my Intuos drawing tablet. I’ve also used some other programs such as Autodesk Sketchbook, but these days it’s basically all photoshop. I also use some custom brushes, like the ones you can buy here.
