Not posting the full RusPru cosplays, but here are their wigs huddled together like guinea pigs (we took them off while eating lunch)

I found the perfect red coat to alter for a R.omania cosplay at some point which is hype bc I’ve had him in mind for yearsss. I will probably reconstruct the Liet wig I made (since I’m not very happy w that one now) to use for it since the color is good. It’ll probably be a fall project for me since I’m hoping to make my Polish hussar armor in July (for a ren fest I’ll be attending). It’s a project I’ve been wanting to do (again for years) so I’m reallyyyy hoping to finally get it done this summer.

#wearing lowkey hetalia cosplay to events is fun #the only overt cosplay I’ve done was my gf and I cosplaying RusPru for that con in March #which was a very interesting experience. 13 yr olds and 30 yr olds alike excited about the cosplays #there’s a September event I could potentially prepare Romania for and that would give me motivation to work on it #but I definitely need to focus on the hussar armor first #may try modeling/3d printing the pieces instead of foam work so it’ll be more durable outdoors #msot excited to sculpt sew and airbrush the faux pelt though
