Personally, I think this is the best time ever to be a Jerry fan. Since S6 Jerry got more and more screentime. And more moments of him as a character than being just the butt of the joke. (Not saying we never get the scene of him as the butt of the joke ever again, someone needs to keep Rick entertained somehow) Not to mention a ton of fan service. (S6E5, S9E3, S9E5 etc etc.) And recently, pure Jerry centric ep like nomortland that was written very sincerely. AND casual fans of RnM are warming up to him and want to see him more.

Never thought I'd pregnancy/postpartum post on here but were all making gil pregnant and here's some notes from me, an enby who had a baby ^_^

- the body permanently changes in weird ways. The shape of my feet is changed and my shoe size went up. Stretch marks (of course).

- hair gets thicker during pregnancy and falls out after

- I dont look at photos of me pregnant. I stayed somewhat physically active throughout it and so I only gained weight in my breasts and hips + the baby belly, but seeing myself like that is very dysphoric to see. My brain is like "this is a photo of a stranger." Avoided mirrors bc of this too

- My relationship with food and hunger stayed different. I got nauseous when I got hungry while pregnant and that discomfort stayed.

- being pregnant is really bad for your teeth, fun fact. I had one cavity in my life prior to pregnancy and after having my baby I had 8 cavities at once

- socially: while pregnant no one lets you do anything and everyone wants to be in your space. I'm stubborn as hell so I just did my feral shit anyway, stayed on my feet the whole time, and after having the baby I was immediately back on my feets. Being fucking babied by everyone was the WORST PART

- im very high strung normally, but being pregnant mellowed me out. Was back to high strung by like a year

- uhhhhhhhh do u want the tmi?

- my kid had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck and was gripping it and would not let go, so the doc had to stick her hand inside of me to free it from my child's insane grip. I tore and got stitches and anything entering felt like being sliced open for months after until the wound was fully healed

- easily the worst part of birth is getting the placenta out btw. And there is So Much Blood

- unless gil is getting top surgery after, even if he doesnt nurse his chest will swell during pregnancy and then basically deflate after. Mine went back to the same size as prior but they hand lower. I have like water balloons on my chest now.

- if gil does nurse, the first few weeks hurt like a mother fucker every time the baby starts to feed. Like when the milk ducts start flowing it feels like someone has stuck a balloon by your armpit and started inflating it

- milk ducts can get clogged. The pain is awful and causes a hard lump. Often caused by sudden drop in nursing (like nursing too much to pump and then stopping, or suddenly swapping to formula)

- once gil's body is in the flow of things tho, when baby initially feeds there'll be a "drawdown" upon which milk just shoots out from the nip and can overwhelm baby if too forceful. Mine got sprayed in the face many a time

- milk leaves the nip like a shower head btw, not like a hose/faucet

- other breast will get jealous and leak/spray

- holding baby against chest will push on glands and make milk leak up until nursing is finished basically

- it can take a year after stopping nursing before milk production really ends

This ended up being a bunch of facts about nursing I didnt intend for that
