“Wild Rift exclusive” Riot, I am willing to set 11 dollars on fire for any new original Viktor skin, and you do this to me.

Anyway, I had to draw this man immediately as soon as I received word of this skin’s existence. Could’ve made his hair a little bit longer, I think, but I was just trying to draw this as fast as humanly possible.

I might be experiencing a severe and continuous lapse in my judgment as I’ve decided to open my ask box again, even though that decision may or may not have chased me off of my old blog of five years permanently. I’ve been trying to keep myself mostly away from this blog and just post my artworks without too much personal involvement, but eh, I don’t suppose it would hurt to have some means of communication open. Maybe I just need to start over, who knows?

Anyhow, the rest still remains closed off, although it’s not because I’m allergic to people, it’s because I had a bot problem. Probably won’t be reopening other stuff anytime soon as I’m way too lazy to deal with that any other way.

So yeah, you can ask or send me stuff now. I shall respond whenever I’m passing by.

No clue what I was trying here and I’m not even sure if I’m the biggest fan of this, but the default Procreate gradient map absolutely carried. Anyway, please be distracted by the pretty colours enough to not notice I definitely do not draw some certain elements of Viktor’s design enough, thank you very much.

If anyone remembers me saying back in November that I’d draw the new Machine Herald rework someday, well, today’s the day. And yes, maybe the real omitted details were the friends we made along the way, because I am not spending a minute longer on this.

Anyway, you’d think this took me the whole month I’ve been away for again, but no, this mysteriously took me only about six hours. I find it incredibly funny that all my WIPs are rotting in my drafts, too intimidating for me to return to in fear I’d completely fuck them up after days of work, but on a random Saturday at 4AM while waiting for my League duo, I decide to draw this as a “small doodle in the meantime”. Unexplainable phenomenon all around.

I know this blog is basically just my Viktor obsession archive and I never post anything else, but after some minor contemplation, I think everyone here needs to see him:

Made this tiny poro out of some ancient ball of fluff I’ve unearthed from my drawers, and I’ve nearly wept over him. This little guy shall be my assistant going forward.

Designing some more charms for myself and myself only because I am very greedy, and definitely not because I currently can’t land myself a con booth in my area. Simple.

I do like how side by side, Viktor’s looking directly at Jayce, but not the other way around. Yearning is back in season, it seems.

Also, the borders and colouring are sort-of based on another set of BSD merch, because the only thing I’ve taken away from that fandom for the rest of my life is that they’ve got some pretty good inspiration material when it comes to their little trinkets.

Finished up this little guy since I’m clearing up my drafts.

I wanted to initially put him in the same post as this one, but I then took ages sketching him up, and I almost scrapped him along the way since I didn’t really like the way any part of this was going, but now that it’s finished, I guess it’s…okay. Either way, a Viktor drawing is a Viktor drawing, so, y’know.

Quick-ish doodle I originally wanted to have done on the day of the Machine Herald’s re-release, but then my health decided to plummet into the abyss, so I’m 4 days late. Oh well.

Having said that, ironically, my only reference for this was just the Viktor heart emote, not the new splash art, but hey, that one still counts. I’m sure I’ll get to drawing the latter…someday.

Just a doodle to pass time I managed to finish up. Can anyone tell I’m quite fond of this skin?

The masses (me, myself and I) wanted more tiny Jayvik, so I deliver.

Just so everyone knows, several extremely detailed, long-term artworks rot in my drafts at all times, and instead of ever working on those, I draw stuff like this, further delaying everything else for months. More than worth it, I dare say.

Originally, I was planning to draw these two with little cakes on their heads, heavily inspired by the cake effect in Yume 2kki as I’ve been spending a downright heinous amount of hours on that game lately, but I quickly realised this was much easier. Honestly, I think this actually looks better than the original idea in my head, so I have no complaints.

Also, the sparkle lighting/colouring style is directly based on a certain set of Bungou Stray Dogs merch, but I can’t seem to find the full set or a link to it at the moment. I might edit this description in some time if I do fish it out of somewhere and I don’t forget about it entirely.

I like how this skin was definitely not intended to be anyhow cutesy in the slightest, but in my eyes, all that went out of the window when someone at Riot decided to give this man a heart in the middle of his chest. At that point, the splash art could be whatever, but you just know someone out there has already made up their mind on what to do with it.

Anyway, shout-out to the…at least 3 people out there who also weep about this being a Wild Rift exclusive. Injustice of the highest order.

I have absolutely no clue when I’ll finish this, if I ever will, because it’s been rotting in my drafts for several months now, but here’s a WIP of TFT chibi Viktor I had the audacity to think I’d succeed at drawing a while back.

I’ve already spent 9+ hours on this alone and I’ve only abandoned it because I realised just how many elements I don’t have any sort of reference for, so I’ll have to draw them based on how I think they should look…and since I have no faith in ever succeeding at that, I’m throwing this out here so it’s not forgotten forever.

Enjoy my self-imposed suffering, I guess. Lol

“Quick doodle before bed”, I think to myself, and before I know it, it’s 6AM. Typical.

Just so you know, this technically did turn out to match the Arcane Saviour skin this man has in League, but this is the third project file I opened trying to doodle a concept for a Spirit Blossom-inspired design of him, and I failed yet again. I guess I should take this as a sign that that whole skin line has too many characters in it anyway, plus it’s not like Viktor’s Arcane one doesn’t have somewhat similar aesthetics…but I will not listen, so if you see me stubbornly trying it a fourth time, please just quietly move along. I swear, it’s really good in my head and absolutely worth it, but I regrettably cannot just project my exact thoughts onto a canvas so easily.
