Well, people see the suffering refugees and minorities go through every day and don’t change their minds on how they feel about them, and those are people. Usually people will empathize with others because they’re at least the same in that sense, but a lot of people in this country just care about protecting themselves and keeping things the way they were in the 1900s.

I’d rather have one of those mermaids that may or may not exist as our president right now than Chester the Cheetoh man.
Why are we spending so much taxpayer money on stupid shit, like sending Donald Trump on vacations, when we could be exploring the ocean? It’s like 70% of the world and no one knows what’s down there. Bet we could find the lost city of Atlantis if we tried.
