MY ERIDIAN OCES

(Sorry for grammar mistakes English is not my first language but I tried)

Some facts about them (and some about my interpretation of Eridian culture): !!!can have some "ticklish" (and probably some nsfw) themes!!!

- Sun steals materials from... "cemeteries." Yes. Dead Eridians aren't buried but simply scattered in the fields - the "cemeteries" - and becoming mountains. Surely nothing will happen to a mountain if you take one stone? So Sun sometimes takes "pretty pieces" from the "cemeteries." Many living Eridians (and perhaps you) consider them a freak, but many dying Eridians would like their bodies used for construction while they are still strong or beautiful and still have a purpose.

- Cherry is very good at flirting. Unfortunately for her, Sun just doesn't UNDERSTAND her hints and flirts. No one knows why.

- Both are very emotional: Cherry can easily get angry, Sun can easily "burst into tears".

- Both work with Grace: Cherry in the biological sense - food, temperature, etc. Sun in the artistic sense - decorations, such as figurines or "texture paintings" (just a painting with depth).

- Cherry is a terrible pervert. Questions like "Does Grace have other holes, question?", "Grace leaks from other holes, question?", "Can Cherry watch Grace leaks from other holes, question?", and so on have already become soft questions for Grace.

- Don't worry, other Eridians also suffer from Cherry, her perversion, and her love of public eating. (Grace thought it was okay - Rocky ate in front of him, too - until he learned Rocky wasn't exactly the most... normal character either. Rocky later explained he was just trying to make fun of Grace, but the situation was still interesting.)

- Sun wanted to go into space, but they wouldn’t take her because she didn’t have the necessary skills.

- Sun and Cherry sleep together: Sun has no one else (Cherry just likes it).

- Sun is very nervous.

- Sun is surprisingly proud of its long legs.

- Sun is a great but very inconstant and inconsistent yapper and Cherry is a good listener.

- Cherry loves the look of human women for some reason.

- Sun loves astronomy. After Grace called her Sun and explained why, Sun caught a hyperfixation on astronomy.

- Cherry loves plush toys.

- Cherry is very good at keeping secrets.

- Cherry collects cool glass.

Grace the brand new Eridian with the pain tolerance of a clumsy human who had bruises on his legs from constantly tripping and was half burned by a boiling alien atmosphere gets what is essentially a tattoo.

RANTING TIME !

As the Eridians were finishing up his body, they asked if he wanted them to add any carvings or embellishments to it before he moved in- he had expressed that he wanted the scar of Rocky’s claw transferred over, and they could actually replicate what it would look like in the growing process. Sorta just scraping the carapace and letting it heal, doing that until the scar was visible and permanent

he also wanted something to remember earth. A carving of his home planet on his other preferred arm- but when the science team said it would be super easy to carve Into the body while it was inert, he wanted to be in it and conscious to get the carving. It was a part of Eridian culture he wanted to experience.

so he gets the carving and doesn’t realize he’s supposed to be reacting way more to the slight stinging pain of the craving tools. After this Rocky scolds him and makes sure he knows that if he should ever feel that pain or anything close to it- to tell him or anyone immediately- because it means your carapace has been damaged and your now vulnerable to all kinds of nasty diseases and stuff.

Eridians evolved to be pretty much impermeable and very sturdy- it’s not normal to feel really any sort of pain. Humans are kinda just always in some sort of discomfort, so Grace had learned to tune it out so much that he’s kind of a super-eridian who can stand a lot of pain lol
