Joseph ‘The Cannibal’ Metheny

Joseph was a serial killer who addmitted to at least 8 murders dating back to 1976. He would lure sex workers into his apartment, where he would dismember them and freeze their meat for consumption. 

He later opened a open-pit beef stand where he would serve the meat of his victims.

“The human body taste was very similar to pork. If you mix it together no one can tell the difference.”

One of his victims escaped and so Joseph was arrested.  He was initially sentenced to death, but this was overturned to a life sentence on July 24, 2000.

During his sentencing he said  “The words ‘I’m sorry’ will never come out, for they would be a lie.”
