Carrying this vision forward, Healing Hands Foundation, in collaboration with Don Bosco Suraksha Migrant Desk, Koregaon Park, organised a free health awareness and consultation camp at Ganesh Mandir, Shinde Vasti, Industrial Area, Pune.

The camp focused on conditions such as #Piles, #Fissure, #Fistula, #ChronicConstipation, #PilonidalSinus, along with #Hernia and #VaricoseVeins—conditions that are common, yet often neglected due to lack of awareness and social stigma.

A total of 31 individuals benefitted from free consultations, counselling, and medical guidance, taking an important step towards early diagnosis and timely treatment.

The consultations were led by Dr. Ashwini Pargewar, supported by the Healing Hands Foundation team comprising Anita Said, Sheetal Bhosale, and Anand Misal, who ensured smooth coordination and patient support throughout the camp.

As the day unfolded, it became clear that many villagers were unable to visit the PHC due to their weekly market commitments. Understanding this, our team adapted, with one part continuing consultations at the PHC, while the other stepped out with the mobile clinic into the marketplace, reaching people where they were, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they didn’t miss out on care.

By the end of the day, 92 individuals benefitted from consultations, counselling, and medical guidance, a reminder that access improves when care meets people halfway.

At Transport Nagar, Nigdi (Pune), Healing Hands Foundation joined hands with Bridgestone India Sarthi Support Centre and Jijau Clinic, Nirman to organize a health awareness and check-up camp for truck drivers.

27 drivers came forward for consultations, counselling, and free plant-based medicines.

From Healing Hands Foundation, Dr. Ashwini Pargewar led the consultations, Anita Said (Camp Coordinator) managed the flow, Sheetal Bhosale (Camp Assistant) distributed medicines, while Anand Mishal and Damodar Aadhao supported logistics and patient care.

Health challenges don’t wait for the “right place” to be spoken about, which is why we take awareness and care directly into communities through our JAN JAGRUTI ABHIYAN.

At Ram Mandir, Wada Khed, Healing Hands Foundation, in collaboration with Chaitanya Prerit Gramin Mahila Swayamsiddha Sangh, Rajgurunagar, conducted a free health awareness and check-up camp. A total of 75 individuals came forward for consultations, guidance on lifestyle and healthy eating, and free plant-based medicines for #Piles, #Fissure, #Fistula, #PilonidalSinus, #ChronicConstipation, along with #Hernia, and #VaricoseVeins.

From Healing Hands Foundation, Dr. Ashwini Pargewar led consultations; Anita Said (Camp Coordinator) ensured smooth organization; Sheetal Bhosale (Camp Assistant) handled medicine distribution; while Anand Mishal and Damodar Aadhao supported with registrations, logistics, and patient care.
