i love the idea of how jean rubs off on jeremy and vice versa… like i hope we will see that jeremy shows a little more of his ‘darker’ side in the sense that he doesn’t have to be the perfect son, captain, person all the time. an example that i’ve read is him bashing a bloke and getting a red during a game to “protect” jean or him subtly flash someone the bird during press interviews when a reporter asks a too invasive question. likewise for jean, you see him smile more, play with a less ruthless/dirty style (which in turn makes him a better player) and showing this side of him to the outside world, beyond his apartment or his team - showing the world that he’s not being dragged on a leash anymore.

i think in both ways it’s really poetic even how they are finding their individual voices within society TOGETHER after society took their voices away from them ( the drug scandal and the value of number three compared to two and one) and placed them in an inescapable box.

i guess my trust issues are most present when youre actively counting down the days til the third book and still aren’t sure your rooting for the correct ‘yet to be cannon’ couple… like the chance of there not being offical jerejean is small but never zero…

ilya would so become a tiktok viral star in his like post hockey stay at home dad era. and the comments of a video would always be a mixture of boys who are massive hockey fans/nerds and make hockey edits and then the gays and the straights fangirlling over him (like they followed him just so they could get their daily dose of hotness) who don’t actually know that he was an hockey star until like he posts a tiktok being like ‘demolishing my kids in 1v1 ice hockey’.

things to note tho— he is very private about his kids (never shows their faces or says their names etc etc) until their 18, it would be a mixture of content ( some would include cooking meals, diml, rating bi-awakenings, stuff with the hockey association), he never POSTS dances unless it’s with shane and only on special occasions like his birthday but he has a ton of drafts saved of dances that his kids wants to learn/do/film, he does heaps of videos using the filters where it’s him and shane in bed (shirtless, clear post sex glow) and they race/compete to get the best scores in the game. he’s also known to respond and interact with the comments and does Q&As often— one being a comment like ‘do fitness routine’ and him being like ‘no… get jealous boyfriend’

i think his rise to tiktok would of started during the last couple of final years at centaurs where the social media team would always bait him into doing stuff and he would always say yes (acting annoyed but always loving it) and so he started his account then but it took off like 6 months into his retirement.

when ilya and shane adopt kids they adopt like 3-5 year olds and so they start to learn russian but they like it when shane and ilya talk in russian even tho they don’t know what it means. knowing this ilyas little brain automatically and for a while will only speak dirty to shane in russian in front of the kids because a) they don’t know what it is and b) they like listening to russian. it gets to a point when the day where the team takes their family on the ice (i dunno ice hockey i’m australian) one of the kids cutely skates up to the russian rookie and repeats word for word some phrases that ilya and shane say to each other. they’re looking over in the corner like proud parents ‘omg look at them so confident, already finding the team a family’ until the rookie goes rigid as fuck, bright pink in the face and just slowly turns to shane and ilya with the ‘shot me now’ look in their eyes… ilya and shane never speaks dirty in front of the children again and the rookie still can’t look at them in the eyes

I mean, I will love whatever love confession Nora is cooking up, but the concept of jean blurting out an “I love you” while Jeremy is merely talking to him or doing something completely mundane tickles my brain 😩🦋

it being at the dinner table with the four of them and cat and laila just look at each other and nod full on knowing this was going to happen at some point. they had a bag packed next to cats moterbike waiting, so they just stand up and leave like an evacuation not knowing when they will be back (only after jeremy feels like jean has claimed every piece of skin on his body)

for season 2 can we please get cameos of those three hockey dudes with the podcast that debriefed after every episode and it wasn’t even ‘hockey accuracy level’ bullshit it was honest love for the series and the characters like please even if they’re like background coaches for the hockey camps just something please

ilya and wyatt do the ‘skating at my captain at full pace to see if he catches me’ for Harris and the social media. ilya catches wyatt with ease and with one hand which goes viral and there are an increasing amount of edits of ilya. to the point where shane get jealous and horny as fuck and grows a kink for ilya carrying him everywhere

ok so story idea: someone overhears jean calling jeremy ‘my partner’ at the exy dinner things and leaks it to the press and now they have to fake date. 😆😆😆

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone (NORA) make a a scene where jean and jeremy has a post game interview where a dude asks a stupid and rude question about jean and ravens or whatever and jeremy goes (in a very overprotective overbearing boyfriend way) 'oh sorry i have something in my eye' and proceeds to flip them off in front of everyone... but no one can decide to focus on Jeremy Mr Sunshine Know basically saying f*** off or Jean who had smirked when he say it and it was the first photo of him actually smiling. and it just gets in the news the photo of jeremy flipping them off and jean smirking. kevin sees it and he calls going ballistic where neil is yelling in the background 'f*** yeah jeremy' and kevin threatens saying 'you're almost as bad as neil'... and and and and its absolute cinema!!!!

(which then ultimately leads to the gossip magazines arguing which couple is more C U in the NT- Andreil or Jerejean)
