I’ve made Hiei before, but I wanted to try a different angle on him this time! I also tried out some new papers. I saw the paper for his hair in a store window while I was dashing around being late for an appointment, but I still took the time to pop in and buy it. I just can’t resist a beautiful pattern, even when I’m running late….
